From 7th to 9th February the Ministry of External Affairs is organising the Conference of Heads of Mission, which would be addressed by the Prime Minister.

Inputs are required from our diaspora on the following issues:

(A) What additional services would you like the Indian Embassies to provide you?

(B) Tell us things that should be introduced in the Indian Embassies that enhance your connectivity with India.

( C ) What are the services that can be further improved at the Indian Embassy in your respective countries?

(D) Share your positive experiences at Embassies of other countries, be it in terms of services, experience, facilities etc.

We were in the Indian Embassy in Chicago last year for getting passport attestation for my son, to get ITIN for tax submission. Since there was a RFE (Request For Evidence) the VISA extension approval was delayed due to which our VISA was expired already. We still had online approval of our VISA extension, but not any documents in hand. We were not even considered for attestation. What are we supposed to do in this scenario? There were no seats in the front office to sit and wait also.

Generally if you are in India, the people treat you with a lot of respect; why is it that rudeness and disrespect to the fellow countrymen only happens in government offices and institutions?? I have a feeling, they think that nobody can tell them anything or suspend them!!

Mr. Mohammad Iftekhar managing director of M/s Ruksh Exim Private limited regd. office 50-A, 150 Feet Road, Jajmau, Kanpur said our community of 700 Tannery owners can purchase all NGT members by giving them 1400 carores in cash, thus we allways regularly working &poluting ganga, no one can check me

Mr. Mohd. Iftekhar regularlysaying what can do Mr. Modi against me, i have purchased all officers &ministers of Modi, I am leader of 700 Tannery Owners who are regularly poluting ganga since 1988, till today so many governments changed, no one has taken action against me. i have regularly generating black money for supporting anti national organisations like Jamat Ud Dawa, ISIS. i will kill youMr. Anil Kumar Shukla Advocate Ji & your friend Mr. Anil Kumar Mishra with family.

My Experience at Malaysia Indian Embassy was not so good at all. First of all there is not sufficient space at 28th Floor to manage the crowd of the people. When there is crowd the security man is treating Indian Citizens like animals. Token System is not properly followed. Staff people changing frequently from one window to another window same observed on reception phone also which is strange!! There is no Client Service delivery prepared or followed.And due to this people are misguided often.

I was non resident Indian for 22 years and Canadian Citizen since last eight years. All these years my experience with Indian embassy in different countries are the same. Embassy staff has no respect for any one coming to them. They are very rude. 90% people visiting Indian Embassy in any country are not satisfied at all. It will take years to change people working at the Indian Embassy. Customer Service lessons should be given to Embassy staff on urgent basis..

Respected P.M. Sir, i want to draw your kind attention regarding misbehavior of Mohd.iftekhar with his advocate Mr. Anil kumar Shukla on last saturdayhe has called at his office for payment fees to advocate & threatened him by saying that you are friend of Mr. Anil Kumar Mishra i will not pay your fees , i will kill you&your family i have more approach with state & central government officers&judiciary i am presently holding seat of chairman of cle kanpur, i have already poluting ganga regularly

Please make rule simpler, many attest action affidavit,recently I went to renew passport in Dubai BSL, on counter new rule my mother last name must be full now only initial,to do that I have to VFS and do attestation,means i have to spend 2 days for this , I had consulate clarification by mail no reply,
