Sir, my experience with Indian Embassy at Kazakhstan is that they are not helping Indians to set up or expand business in most countries. They must have business intelligence on hand to help Indian Businessmen to quickly set up business with minimum expenditure. India should train and employ Indian Graduates in becoming commercial scouts and in some cases they can also be used by Indians to help protect Indian business interests abroad. Run community kitchens lodges for Business travellers.

This is regarding my recent visit to the Washington DC embassy :- There is no first come first serve. Everybody just gathers around the counter to get help. The person at the counter (embassy employee) doesn't correct this behavior. They do have a ticket system which is a big joke. I took a ticket and waited like an idiot for 30mins and after realising that like 5-7 people who showed up after me got help I too had to walk up to the counter and get help. Can we first fix this?

I request Honorable PM to start NRI PROVIDENT FUND AND make our life secured. This funds can also contribute to the economy of India. A large percentage of low salaried workers living in foreign countries, I hope this will help them a lot.

A) Each Indian embassy should keep a data base of peoples working on the particular country were the embassy is situated, which will help Indian govt to track all NRI's
B)Web site which can directly contact with our embassy with the lo gin id as our passport number can help more to interact with them.(but need to respond for all the queries)
C)Behavior and manners towards people(keep in mind that NR I's and sending a good amount of foreign currency to India)
D)unfortunately no such positive ex

All our acts have to be with modern global community. Scrap adultery, homosexuality, useless obscenity law, liquor ban laws. Immediately apply common civil code, scrap Art.370 at a stroke. Bombard all terror camps in Pak and make a law like USA to liquidate terror suspects. Half-hearted jobs won't do any good. Simplify direct tax. Only 2 slabs. 5 lakhs to 25 lakhs @ 10% and above a2 25%. Slowly transfer reservation from caste base to income base. Treat juvenile criminal as adult in separate jail

Please provide them some training for interacting with peoples, good manner and behaviors.I had a bad experience with Indian embassy at Seoul.i requested for the translation of my passport details to Korean for getting the Korean license and send via agent from Pusan. They rejected the same and written comment to come in personal at Seoul from Pusan to get it converted. the fees for that i payed was of 100% more than the expense for getting driving license.

Our embassies on foreign lands are our connecting point to our home land and I think they should act likethat but uunfortunately as per my experience with Indian embassy in uae and east Africa is really disheartening. They perform their duties with an attitute. Rather then helping their citizens in trouble they end up being trouble creators. I just expect indian embassies across globe to be more friendly for their own citizens at least also for nri's .

I feel really depressed every time I approach the embassy to follow up my wife's visa since she holds a Pakistani passport. Inspite of being married to me for the last 10 years and my children holding indian passports, the embassy people still treat us with disrespect and go the extra mile in harassing us before issuing the visa. The very mention of a Pakistani passport elicits a change in attitude. It is high time that the embassy staff are trained in the human element of their line.
