Dear Prime Minister Ji, Smart Cities and Smart Villages in the history of our ancestors built in 2500 BCA like Dwaraka etc., but now this is going to be copied from them in another country, this is same to all Indians. We have lot of technologies available in our country to development of all cities and villages, we can spend little bit of amount through state and central governments as a present taxation policies and credit to municipalities, corporations and villages. This is a good initiative. The Indian embassy in UAE could have more polite staff to start with. Maybe they could be trained in better customer service. On a Friday or Saturday children could be invited for sessions where the history of India is taught to children and the current affairs also highlighted to them. Once a year atleast with private partnership maybe , children could be taken in groups to visit the historical sites of India and get an opportunity to meet you and the President.

They should be having proactive approach to help Indian Bus. People coming for Exhibitions We don't get contact details of prospects till the last date of travel n luckily if v gt some - they r incorrect or not in use EEPC expo's n Make in India can be only successful if v all contribute diligently Same concern has been mailed to the concerned ministry at secretary ministerial levels - answer or response awaited. I'm exporting for last 35 years n that also Engineering technologies.

Hong Kong Extremely rude and non co-operative staff here Sir. In case of emergency they simply refused to offer any help and Senior officers are simply not reachable however hard you try.

Another instance is when an officer spilt his tea all over my friend's passport and instead of apologising and offering to make another one, he had the nerve to tell her to suck it up and accept it.

Hong Kong - extremely rude and disorganised. My name was spelt wrong on my passport and they refused to make an amendment. I was also overcharged for surrendering my passport and the Certificate of Surrender was printed on the back of another person's Death Certificate. Again, they refused to make any amendments without charging an unreasonably high amount. They refuse to talk to you with any sort of respect unless you are influential. They truly represent how corrupt the Indian government is.

San Francisco Indian Embassy - CKGS: (1) Communication Issues: - To get status I had to try communicating for a month. - Out of 2 phone numbers, 1 doesn't work. The other takes more than 1 hour to connect. (2) Tracking System: I can prove that the dates in the tracking system do not match whats going on. (3) Documentation: Lots of Redundancy and confusing (4) CKGS-Indian Consulate not in Sync, Policy-Authorities not in Sync (5) BBB(F rating) - Yelp (2/5) - Facebook - bad reviews/complaints.
