भारत विश्‍व का सर्वाधिक युवा आबादी वाला देश है। काम में भागीदारी और निर्भरता के अनुपात के संबंध में इस डेमोग्राफिक लाभ के प्रभाव को देखते हुए यदि इस डेमोग्राफिक लाभ का उपयोग सही समय पर किया जाए तो यह हमारे देश की प्रगति और विकास के लिए एक सुनहरा अवसर बन जाएगा ।

युवाओं की सृजन क्षमता और रचनात्मक ऊर्जा का इष्‍टतम उपयोग करने के लिए युवा कार्यक्रम विभाग युवाओं के व्यक्तित्व-निर्माण और राष्ट्र-निर्माण के युग्मित उद्देश्यों को पूरा करने के लिए सतत रूप से प्रयासरत है। इसका उद्देश्‍य युवाओं के व्यक्तित्व का विकास करना और राष्ट्र-निर्माण के विभिन्‍न कार्यकलापों में उनकी सहभागिता सुनिश्‍चित करना है।

युवाओं का प्रशिक्षण, शिक्षा और कौशल हमारे समाज के सबसे महत्वपूर्ण संसाधन हैं और इनका संबंध अनिवार्य रूप से भावी जटिल समस्याओं के समाधान से है।

असाधारण रूप से कुशल युवाओं का किसी देश की अर्थव्यवस्था और समाज पर गहरा प्रभाव पड़ता है और इससे हमारे काम करने, संवाद करने, विकासात्मक और सामाजिक कार्यकलापों के तौर-तरीकों में बदलाव आता है। ये युवा जीवन के विभिन्‍न क्षेत्रों में नव-परिवर्तन के भी प्रवर्तक हैं।

इसमें कोई संशय नहीं है कि शिक्षा और कौशल तथा नव-सृजन और निर्माण कौशल अर्थात जीवन में विकास के विभिन्‍न क्षेत्र परस्‍पर एक दूसरे से संबंधित हैं। इसकी प्राप्‍ति के लिए बच्‍चों में सृजन क्षमता की पहचान करने और उन्‍हें बढ़ावा देने की आवश्‍यकता है जिससे युवाओं और किशोरों को मजबूत बनाने और उनका विकास करने की सतत प्रक्रिया चलती रहेगी।

युवा कार्यक्रम विभाग, युवा कार्यक्रम और खेल मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार असाधारण निर्माण और सृजन कौशल वाले देश के युवाओं (15-29 वर्ष) के लिए एक महीने की अवधि के लिए MyGov पोर्टल पर एक परिचर्चा आयोजित कर रहा है और उनसे सुझाव आमंत्रित कर रहा है। उनसे प्राप्त इनपुट की संबंधित मंत्रालयों/विभागों के परामर्श से जांच की जाएगी और प्रविष्टियों को शॉर्टलिस्ट किया जाएगा। जिन युवाओं की प्रविष्टियों को शॉर्टलिस्ट किया जाएगा, उन्हें राष्ट्रीय स्तर की कार्यशाला में वैयक्‍तिक रूप से या वर्चुअल रूप से उनके विचारों की विस्तृत प्रस्तुति देने के लिए कहा जाएगा ।

Honarable PM Dear Modi , If Gov of Bharath in not intrested in expansion of territory, then Every foot mines project is right to take up now . for a width of 5 meters in the borders Bhatath can implant sensor mines across the borders and can stop patrolling physically... people without proper documentation shall be executed in 72 hrs without any media hype and information.... Resource management and technology should lead every project ... Digital maping of projects and see re projects at same location repeating within 100 years shall pe penalized. urbanization of villages by moving people to live in clusters instead of individual housed shall be promoted. Sex ratio control , Population control with ethnic groups shall be main agenda We can say population balance . still Bharath is laging in food processing and preservation of food grains at large. every year atleast 10 lakh crore worth food products spoil due to inadequate storage and packaging on right time .

माननीय प्रधानमंत्री जी, महोदय मेरा इस व्यक्तिगत् राय से जुड़ने का उद्देश्य केवल युवाओं की तरफ से एक निवेदन है, कि भारत सरकार को जरूरत है, कि अब वह भारतीय व्यापार वाजार् के ऊपर कुछ नए नियमों एवं प्रयोगों के द्वारा भारतीय व्यापार बाजार को ऑनलाईनीकरण कर नई ऊंचाइयों की ओर ले जाना चाहिए। एवं भारतीय व्यापार व नियमों को एक सरलात्मक रूप दे। प्रिय प्रधानमंत्री जी यदि मेरे द्वारा कोई त्रुटि अथवा शाब्दिक त्रुटि होती तो कृपया करके हमें क्षमा कर देना। में कुछ ऐसे विषयों पर संदर्भ प्रकट करने वाला हूं जिसके माध्यम से मेरे विचार अनुसार भारतीय व्यापार क्षेत्र में नए बदलाव आ सकते हैं, व भारत व्यापार मे उचाईया प्राप्त कर सकता है। संदर्भ में उपस्थित पांच सूत्री विचार- 1.भारतीय व्यापार बाजार का ऑनलाईनीकरण होना। 2.भारतीय व्यापार बाजार को एक प्लेटफार्म देना। 3.भारतीय बाजार को एक स्थान पर इकट्ठा करना। 4.भारतीय व्यापार बाजार में भाषा भेद् को खत्म करना। 5.भारतीय और अंतरराष्ट्रीय व्यापार बाजार का समागम करना। मेरा नाम –हर्ष बाबू उम्र- 23 बर्ष पता- मो0 सलावत खान फर्रुखाबाद (209625) उत्तर प्रदेश।

The attendance of the government school students and teachers should done on the universal machine so they do not cheat . All the schools were inspected every 6 months by the officer . The government should also provide teacher training to the every new teacher of government school . so they know and get skill how to teach otherwise they have knowledge but they do not know they give knowledge to students . The school mut be maintained, in bihar most of the school were un hygiene there are no proper drinking water , no proper toilets for girls/ boys. The Classroom are not cleaned . Teacher of the school must be young si the student do hagitae for asking any type of question. The school ranking must be given in every district this lead to competition and all the principal of the school developing their school . The after the school must be comfortable for studies. the ranking must be done on basic of 1 students report 2 hygiene, cleaness and facilities. 3 Teacher report

Hello Sir, Topic: Branding and Merchandise for Defense. I am an Accounting Major at UNT, Texas, USA. I have been in the United states for 4 years now and noticed a few things which can help our country on a positive note. I noticed there was a rise in popularity in India about the defense dept. and I think it is time to monetize the appreciation under a program that can in turn, help us take better care of our soldiers and their loved ones. What I am suggesting is another "Make In India" merchandise line but representing our defense branches. I understand that we cannot be opening up all the original uniforms to the common man for national security reasons, but what I am suggesting is basically a "civilian clothing line". emotionally speaking, A common man feels more pride in owning a Polo T-shirt or a Hoodie that endorses Indian Army, Air Force or Navy, there is patriotism. Financially, the profits from this program can be used to further any Yojana of the govt.'s choice.

Namaste prime minister modi sir, Today I want to tell you on Virus reading meter. The cows are affected with different viral diseases. By using sensors find the number of viruses present in the animal. And after giving medicine. Again they reading is done. Then would find out any remaining viruses in animal.It device should go to no viruse mode then it is ensure that there is no viruses present. This has the 3 sections which shows number of viruses present in life state or no life state and number of viruses which are wiped out of animals.This is an outline I have given.
