In order to move ahead with time, uttarakhand has need very good surface transport connectivity. First good rail connectivity is to be established. In order to do that Dehradun is to be connected with Napal Kathmandu and from there to Gangtok, Sikkim and from there to Bhutan Thimphu and from there to itanagar Arunachal to be connected.
