Make education free for all with a student loan probably (but not with too much of difficult to understand paper work and rounds at some clerk's table again and again please). When he will join some job in future, he can pay back then, if his or her salary will be linked to their aadhar card. No burden should be on parents, most of the times students leave things just to save their parents from financial difficulties, and it becomes difficult for them to enter into that arena again.

Top class inspiring teachers. Bring teachers pay and rank equal to IAS/IPS/Doctors/Engineers in all govt. and private schools & see how passionate and innovative our students will be in all fields. Teaching is the last resort for job aspirants (except in medical colleges where that is the most reputed thing) & no appropriate talent is left for that most of the times. In private big schools also sometimes they give a big cheques of pay, and take back cash from teachers to make fool of government.

Each school should have at least one highest quality teacher as principal. The principal should be given incentives such as free Healthcare and education for their children in Kendra vidyalayas. They should be selected through competitive exams. Their salary package should be very good. They should be given the responsibility of digitizing school. Other teachers should only be allowed through merit. Retired professionals can be roped in with incentives and facilities for at least 2years.

Education must be free. If we want to supply every house by create some channel and show educational programme. On the other side create some Internet site for improving education system, where we found different knowledge with books, photo, video ect.

Literacy can only be solved by joint efforts of state n society. Our efforts have also been scattered and not collaborative. Need to create system wherein govt, private bodies, NGOs and public at large sit n discuss jointly, assign roles with specific targets and review the same jointly.

Evaluate the Quality of the Teachers we have, are they really capable, -Teachers must be treated as the Most Respectable Job as they have the responsibility to create the future of the nation, unfortunately they are the most neglected. -Eliminate the Cast system from the education: As we should not compromise certain fields with the quality. Quality should be first, -Currently the quality of the students after passing we are getting is the result of the Worst input.

Government can provide scholarships based on the economic condition of the family of the student and partly in cash deposit and partly by paying the fees of the institution. Or else vocational course can be provided by the govt. so that they can earn for a living.

Increasing the fees for NRI students may not affect the NRI families. But this small increase will be good enough to educate talented committed poor students who long to continue thier education.
