I would like hear from Modi Ji about the steps that Government would initiate to attract and retain professionals in India so that Our country could reap the fruits from the trees grown by our own educational institutions. Also about the measures that will reduce/remove the prevailing difference between the rich and poor. I come from a agricultural background. So I would be interested about linking all the rivers across India for agricultural development.

Australia does excellent job in training and regulating labour force. GoI must build colleges/centres to train tradesmen and also for women. Also, we must learn how to regulate the labour force to ensure that good quality trades people with proper trainings and certificate are provided to industries and substandard are slowly and surely pushed out. Everyone must pass through a training phase before having a right to earn a living from a trade is earned.

Au utilitizes prefabricated concrete blocks in road construction. So all over Au, the finishing of cross roads, foot paths, crossing structures etc. are identical. Needless to say they follow standard Commonwealth design/construction code to for their roads. We must adopt their way of building roads. In india the road users are 10-20 times, so extra amount and efforts spent to hv world class roads will be felt by all citizens

Australia has good public to govt. relationship. Govt. departments are more accountable then private companies. There staff is very friendly and they work as a organisation. Each department is a separate entity and work for their goals. Job reduction and cost cutting is big as they dont want to run govt. department in loss for ever. Point to note is there is not any difference between govt and private firms

Australia can offer great support to road infrastructure. Australia roads and highways are very well managed. Funding is come from the registration of the vehicles which need to be renewed after 6 months/ 1 Year. They get good money from this and then they utilized all the money for road management. Like Speed cameras, Signs, Better roads, Highways etc etc. I think we India has to learn from their self sufficient road and transport system. Please ask your road ministry to learn this from Ausssie
