Continued from Below, The geo tagging is in layers with different departments being able to see duplication of works as well as begin and end of other works saving time and money and allow for parralel planning. The Validity of contracts , Warranties can be on the Geo Tags. This will allow for various succesive administrative departments to know the liability of specific contractors doing work.

4)Specific provision has to be introduced in the state local bodies act to be eligible to get Central Finance Commission Grant to the effect that no local bodies is permitted to accord Planning permission/ Construction and assess property tax with out patta or NOC from the holder of land . It is to avoid un authorised construction of buildings in Temple land and Government land and encroachment . It take several years for the Government and temples (For eg Chennai Velacherry contd..

3) The Local bodies are empowered to give planning ( Building ) permit . The amount invested in construction of buildings has to be monitored by Income Tax department if TDS is introduced for planning permit beyond a certain limit it will bring investment of black money and profit of unorganized business where the transaction is only in cash(Eg Vegitables Groceriese etc).

Presently dividend distribution tax is applicable on company even after company has paid tax on the profit earned and recipient is also liable to pay surcharge @10% on dividend exceeding Rs. 10 lacs. This is a double taxation because company has paid tax on the profit earned during the year and when declaring & distributing profit then dividend distribution tax has to pay again on the profit which is already taxed. So request to Government to remove Dividend Distribution Tax.

A private limited company makes profit of Rs 100, pays income tax Rs 35, balance in hand Rs 65. It distributes dividend of Rs. 54, pays dividend distribution tax Rs. 11. Balance in hand NIL. If individual is an HNI, he pays further tax of Rs 6 on the dividend earned. Nett receipt in his hand is only Rs 48. Thus effective tax rate is a whopping 52% for share holders of private limited companies. When income tax has already been paid on profits, then why DDT?
