I have served as Gaz Officer in GOI for 42 years. Filed IF returns and paid tax on income every year as per rules. The savings now I have in banks is the same money received by me post retirement, why should the interest on it should be taxable . All retired officers should e exempted from I tax as the money which they get on retirement is their hard earned money on which tax has already been paid from time to time. This point may be taken into consideration at the time of budget . Thanks Sir

Honb'le Finance Minister Shri . Nirmala Sitaraman Ji , The Current Budget must be both Employment Protective and Employment Generative . We strongly support the MAKE IN INDIA initiative by our Honb'le PM . There are few aspects like increasing Illegal Imports , Smuggling ,etc that creates hurdles to this movement . The difficulties faced because of the same has been highlighted in the attached file. Hope our inputs will be considered. #MakeInIndia

A revision of interest rates and compounding procedure would be welcome. To repay 200% sum borrowed, not everyone gets a decent paying job (or any job in most cases) after qualifying from colleges. And not everyone can afford to repay the total amount in 2-3 years so that it doesn't goes till 200%. Banks are hesitant to sanction education loans because people don't repay. This is the situation on the other end. With my house as a collateral, I've no option other than repaying even if it's 300%

Respected Finance Minister, please provide incentives to those families who have two kids or less, I live in South Africa and they live better life not because they more intelligent or blessed than us in India but just because of less population and less stress on resources please do this and it may have motivation for others as well to have smaller families Thanks

Chrysotile is one of the mineral fibres commercially mined largely in Russia and Kazakhstan. It is being imported in to India under HS Code 25249021 with a basic customs duty of 10%. Over 95% of this imported mineral (chrysotile) is used in the manufacture of chrysotile-cement roofing sheets which are popular, economical, durable and permanent roofing solution for the economically disadvantaged populace and more so in rural housing. Reduction in custom duty will help the rural people.

Dear madam. Please look into this. The retirement benefits invested in banks as FD and the interests drawn from them should not be taxed again as income. Because it is the the tax paid money saved and with drawn at the time of retirement. Let the senior citizens live comfortably with the interest gained and having very meager EPS95 pension as two or three thounds.

1) Do increase the tax savings limit. this helps the government and also the tax payer. 2) plan a savings scheme for children education (both the gender). this can also be given as tax saving option. this helps for future education planning, taking education loans from banks at higher interest can be avoided. plan in line with SSY for girls can be derived for this education savings scheme. benefit will be for a long period
