Since the next priority is for the homeless, I will suggest that a firm determination be made for building houses/flats for those who suffered the great floods in Kerala by seizing good chunks of government land under a proclamation. The present government in Kerala will do nothing for these hapless citizens in the northern part of Kerala. The entire execution is to be done by the government of India only.

DRI is investigating Royalty payouts to its parent Company as to why this should not be included as part of import material cost. These Royalties suffer erstwhile Service Tax and/or Current GST apart from TDS at Source before effecting remittance to its parent Company overseas. Either Amend Customs Valuation rules to include Royalty as part of import value or advise DRI from issuing Notices /litigation if Royalty payments already suffered GST and TDS. Need an end to scores of litigation .

- Government should take steps towards to provide free education and hospitalization to every citizen of India, If this is implemented people may not require any other subsidies or freebies. - Tax payers should be provided with some social security benefits after retirement age, so that many people will opt for tax assessments voluntarily.

Please allocate the budget for Tree plantation along the highways with trees like Peepal, Neem, Banyan, Mango which help creating more oxygen & purify Air. This will also stop the erosion of Soil. Special provisions needed to conserve Forest lands around cities. This is currently uncontrolled & causing rapid deforestation around cities & degrading air quality in city.
