केंद्रीय बजट के निर्माण की प्रक्रिया को सहभागी और समावेशी बनाने के लिए वित्त मंत्रालय पिछले कई वर्षों से नागरिकों से इनपुट लेती रही है। इस वर्ष भी केंद्रीय बजट के लिए आपके सुझाव का मंत्रालय को बेसब्री से इंतज़ार है।

इस लोकतांत्रिक गतिविधि का हिस्सा बनने के लिए सभी क्षेत्रों के नागरिकों का स्वागत है। आप अपने सुझाव या तो सीधे कमेंट बॉक्स के जरिए भेज सकते हैं या एक पीडीएफ दस्तावेज़ संलग्न कर सकते हैं।

केंद्रीय बजट में नागरिकों की आकांक्षाओं को शामिल करने की परंपरा को जारी रखने के लिए हम आपके बहुमूल्य विचार व सुझाव आमंत्रित करते हैं। इस फोरम के जरिए सुझाव भेजने की अंतिम तिथि 20 जून 2019 है।

Since every individual and corporate has different PAN number,same should be used as GSTN number. In case company has multiple units a sub section I’d can be given. By this way tax paying customers having PAN number can ask for GST billing. This can be used for tracking of payments to gst. A incentive should be introduced for the PAN holder if his billing in a year is more than some amount say 1 lakh. This way we can make citizens tax compliant.

वित्त मंत्री महोदया, मेरा परिवार भारत के टेक्स पेयर होने के नाते यह अपेक्षा करते हैं कि हमारे बच्चों का भविष्य आरक्षण के चलते सुरक्षित रहे। हमें सार्वजनिक स्थानों पर लाईन से मुक्ति मिले। ट्रेन में रिजर्वेशन पहले मिले। हमारी सुरक्षा एवं स्वास्थ्य के लिए निती बने। सरकारी कार्यक्रमों में उचित समन्वय मिले। हमारी समस्याओं को ध्यान में रखें जीएसटी पर जटीलता कम करें। टेक्स का बोझ कुछ कम करें, बड़े पेयर्स के लिए। अनेक कर कम करके एक कर लागू रहे सरकारी कर्मचारीयों का व्यवहार ठीक से हो

Respected Madam, We as Tuticorin Customs Brokers' Association wish to suggestion the following. VOC Port Tuticorin is strategically located and has huge potential to grow as a Gateway & a Container Transshipment Port. Tuticorin as a city has all the support infrastructure like road, rail, power etc., skilled manpower and Port based industries that a mega container terminal requires.

Agricultural: Setup an Agriculture development fund. Ensure reasonable MSP for farmers produce. Set up centers for collection, storage, distribution and transportation of agriculture products. Encourage mechanisation, community and cooperative farming. Free crop insurance schemes and low interest govt loans to small farmers. Establish advanced weather forecast centers, free soil health check labs and more irrigation facilities. Setup agriculture monitoring committees and hold mid year reviews.

focus more fresh air, water, food, health and education. nothing should be given free either in the form of loan weaver neither in the form of free housing . instead of subsidies price should be regularized. double tax need to abolish. difference tax slabs for salaried and business communities. salaried people have no way to to avoid taxes. Business communities have 100 ways to avoid taxes. More emphasis on Mumbai and other metro cities roads , transport and better sanitation.
