Few points from my side: 1. Give tax incentives to private schools to build infrastructure for sports with proper monitoring by agencies. 2. Give marks incentives in every exam (non board too) to students who excel at state and national level sport events, as marks are still considered important in our education system. 3. Remove politicians from heading sports bodies unless they are themselves great sportsmen. 4. Develop infrastructure n open them to normal public to use at minimal charge

More focus should be laid down on vocational education. After a certain age say around 14 years, children those who are good in sports should be given training in that particular sport. State of the art facilities of that particular sport should be provided to those students. Moreover, those who are good in sports should be assured of a good future even after retirement.

Being Meritorious Sportperson & B.P.Ed I m delighted to contribute my ideas for this movement. If Physical Edu is taught with par dedication & infrastructure in School, holistic growth is practically possible & we can make responsible citizens in India. Like Sansad Adarsh Gram Yojana, Hon. PM must appeal every Sport-Celebrity to adopt atleast one tehsil for providing & monitoring the facilities for sports. Every Tehsil must have National Level Sport Complex. This will surely help India.

For promoting sports in schools, appoint physical directors, yoga and karate teaching for all schools. Yoga and karate is very essential to keep fitness for the sportsman and to relieve tension. For sports teachers promotion please do not consider their service in years, please promote them based on their feedback in sports activities and students participated in various levels. Please bring new rules for that at earliest. Many government school sports teachers not encouraging the students.

Just one last post.... I don't remember whether it was the 50's or the 60's or 70's , where China was undergoing a political turmoil for participation in olympics, and they couldn't but they used it as a platform to build better athletes, create better knowledge of sports to get the best coaches from around the globe .... can we follow the same pattern , is our government willing to invest big-time in sports.... ???

BEST way to start sport is a small village.india is an agriculture country where children of farmers r very strong then compare to city's children.1) start sport school in every district. 2)make only sport person to admin sport activity state wise 3) organise sport competition schoolwise, collegewise, university wise 2 times during a calender year. 4) After 3 yr take a election for sport administration 5) Develop a sport bank which will help player to get financial support ex loan, transport.
