Accounts can be opened in post offices in localities close to place of residence. Employer paying should give their PAN / AADHAR.

Sir, Increase tax on whiskey (IMFL), Tobacco, while reducing duties on beer. This will help in weaning off population from hard drinks and associated social issue. Provide incentive for increasing production of protein rich crops like ragi, millets, pulses etc. to reduce nutrition deficiency in poor and children. Include them in mid day meal program to generate demand.

As the government has laid stress on energy conservation by giving LED bulbs at a low rate, this should be carried forward and LED bulbs and lights should be made tax free to make them affordable and cheap.
