Sir, I don' know these suggestion reaches to concern authority or not but I would like to request to Mr Jaitley to announce budget for "AIIMS" in Gorakhpur,UP and save "Thousands of Children" who are dying in East Uttar pradesh due to lack of Hospital treatment of "Encephalitis" (NDTV Report attached) and various diseases,Road Accident.Gorakhpur being a Strategetic Road link between Nepal,Bihar and Varanasi and needs advanced "Medical Facilities" and to stop private monopoly of resident doctor.
