Budget allocation on health and education sectors demand sharp rise as India spends about 1 percent of its GDP on public health, compared to 3 percent in China and 8.3 percent in the United States likewise education also needs to be looked into with enhanced spending. But social spending can’t be increased at the cost of defence allocation which requires induction of state of the art technology in all branches. Country’s security should be given top priority in budget allocation and that must not be compromised even if it calls for cut in other spendings.

Every state capital should have a state of modern multi super specialty hospital on par with the AIIMS or best operated private hospital. Health care is a grave concern in many part of the country where people dont have access to the proper health care facilities. This has to be given due importance as many are unable to afford to treatment from private run hospitals. If that is not possible, atleast an uninversal health insurance scheme needs to be provided covering all ailments.

First of all heartly thanks to our prime minister & Finance minister to sharing the ideas through this portal. As a professional,Taxation system should be more transparent. Also at the year end we have to submit the document to our company. While investing we are providing the PAN number to the concern party. So why not the PAN should be linked to our investment portfolio so that it is not necessary to submit again. If i want to see the investment by providing our PAN number we can see all.

In the budget, the government must it mandatory for all PSU banks to install ATMs at public utility places such as hospitals, bus/railway stations, petrol pumps etc. At present the banks don"t prefer installing ATMs particularly at Government hospitals where it is most required in emergency.

Why keep taxing the 15% of population 85% don't pay any taxes, every rupees earned must be taxed. IT sector should be taxed, give more relief for tax payers, business not paying at all, they are growing more richer while 15% pays taxes. Spend more money on population control, no matter whatever development happens population is exploding without any control.
