lavish expenses on social functions to be taxed heavily.Ceilings for electrical, floral decoration and no .f recipes be fixed as in Pakistan. If a ceiling is fixed not to spend beyond a definite amount in marriages,it will help in many ways;1.to reduce social cost, discourage snobbery and extravagance for status symbol 2.motivate honest middle class and poor people to emulate and help society.Overspenders should be taxed heavily and be asked to disclose source of funding by IT personnel.

Income tax deduction u/s 80c may be enhanced to 3 lakhs. Top priority may be given to the agricultural sector in order to attract the young generation of the country to involve in it. Fco friendly tourism activities may be encouraged. The budget allocation may be made in an equitable mode to all the states without any discrimination. All possible measures may be taken to create a pollution free atmosphere to live in.

To solve this please link landlord PAN with all the electicity connetioin numbers for residential and commercial units he owns. One more scenario is people are claiming hra tax excemption by saying they are giving rent to their parents living in the same house. 99% of these cases are false.

1. Tax limits on savings 80C should be raised to 2L or more, 2. Tax limits on medical and conveyance need to be reconsidered as well. You cannot move around city with Rs. 800 per month limit. And medical bill of Rs. 1250 per month. 3. Double taxation on fuel should be removed. We are already paying tax, and then while using petrol or diesel we end up paying cess, either that should be removed or we should get tax benefit on it. In other words we need to look for ways to remove double taxation.

For HRA exception pan card is mandatory for rent 8,333 Rs per month and above. Please make PAN of landlord compulsory for all without any minimum rent.In some cases landlords are not giving PAN details or giving PAN of some relative who has no other income like housewife etc to avoid taxation. If landlord is not giving PAN details then tenants are giving anyones PAN just for the sake of it. Landlords who are earning crores of rupees in rent per year are paying zero tax.
