my request for government agriculture or farmar not benifit about tex in this budget in any item for him

New bank licences to be given to open bank branches ONLY IN RURAL/REMOTE AREAS.All banks are avoiding rural areas fearing rural posting and lack of basic amenities.Minimum 50% of new bank branches must be in rural areas only.

Tax on medicine may be removed. Medicine for treat the people suffering from disease. Poor can not go for work and no earning also. When we are able to provide decent health facility and taxing from them is inhuman.

Can we have particulars of shortfall of last budget

The SUBSIDY for the LPG cylinders is to be stopped for people with their FAMILY INCOME above 7 lacs, including income from agriculture. Family means self, spouse and minor children. Even people with only agricultural income are to be considered in the ambit of this scheme. This can reduce the subsidy burden on the govt. to a great extent and this money can be used for developmental purposes in a true sense. Even the same thing has to be made applicable to the PDS system.

मेरी विनती हैं ,की सरकार को इस बजट में महिलाओं व विकलांगों, के लिये एक केन्द्रिय विश्वविद्यालय की स्थापना हेतु , कम से कम 250 करोड रुपये की व्यवस्था करनी चाहिये, जिसमे मात्र उसी अभ्यार्थी को प्रवेश मिलना चाहिये , जिसके परिवार की सालाना अधिकतम आय एक लाख रुपये हो, ओर उसमें अध्ययन के लिये उसे कोई भी शुल्क जमा न करना पडें।

VRS 2000 was introduced in the year 2001 for bank employees aged above 40 years.At that time those who were below 40 years,now crossed 55 years. One more VRS to be introduced to bank employees in the budget so that in their vacancies more and more youngsters can be recruited and by which unemployment problem can be sorted out.

I have two ideas: 1. The Income Tax Slab should be applicable for at least Five years and need not be changed every year. 2. Every shopkeeper should be asked to file the IT Return if the stock is more than a particular limit.
