like i say as government wanted to give everyone there own house i suggest rather than paying to some orgnization government should transfer the amount of land and building amount direct to the person account

my fifth suggetion is to have a kind of sceam so that for the unauthorized colonies we need a proper planning of first road and electricity and sanitation first and must transfer the amount that decided to build house to ther peoples account so they can use it and build there house as they need this will save first government money and also currption of money

most important thing i wanna say is to to make reservation based on person financial status rather than religion or cast so that no metter its hindu or muslim or cristion or sikha who ever it is and who ever needs it get the profit rather than rich people just because they belonge from certain cast and religion

Third i wanna suggest is to make a law so one person or familey cant only own one or two land property such as house so land prices comes in control and this will help government to provide low cost houses for everyone

Second suggetion is to withdraw 1 thusand and five hundreds of notes from market it will help government to elimnate fake currency issues at some point also black money issues since people has to be forced to do bank transection and can get caught easly

for my openion we should have a transection tax on each transection of above 1.00,000 /- that wuld help us to control blackmoney and also tax theft ,can remove a certain tax and use this tax in place of it government can genrate a quite a well of revenue over it also should have a law to stop people buying more than 2 lands this will save land prices and can also control the prices of land it will help government to give everyone there own house ,

Budget for incentives including special loans to start private clinics to fresh Medical graduates, for introducing new management subjects at graduate level, as well as for increasing salary structure of government doctors. Parents are not sending their kids to medical education as medical graduates get poor salary comared to IT graduate. Extra years required for post graduation, experience etc, before they can earn good salary. This has resulted in the flood of poor quality doctors.

ResSir, If possible, we have to change our financial year from April to March to calender year i.e. January to December. Because our economy and government planning based agriculture production and rain. Our rainy season last upto September. If we plan any new item in present scenario and float tender after March which come into effect into May-June then implementation has to wait till September to finish rainy season. We can have our budget in November and financial year from January.

i am very much disappointed in the manner the government has worked in last eight month. but please don't give CONGRESS type budget. i.e. increase in this allocation by 10 % and increase in that allocation by 20% etc. I want some thing very concrete . like 10% tax upto 20 lacs or the corruption index position of india in world or demonetization etc.entire plan to finish black money in india in next five years etc.

Budget Allocation for IT Dept of Govt., so that various portals for centralised database can be created which are accessible to public and listing of such portals on a single website
