With the help of NGO, every city can have a garage sale centre. Where people can come and sell of there old clothes by weight or with the help of some one in the same industry. These can further be classified and resold to the needy and a basic price. Similar things can be done for books, stationery, toys etc Further in case of natural disasters this stock can be mobilized to the affected areas. It is only that when we learn to reuse waste as a nation can we have a cleaner india.

Hi, It should be compulsory for every household to throw renewable waste in green renewable plastic and non renewable in black plastic. If every household throws left over ans scraps of vegetables and friuts in a common place in society where tray animals can eat it. No stray animal will ever die of eating plastic. Every building be it society temple or company should facilitate drinking water and food. Maintenance can be done by administration.

Honorable Prime Minister, If we do farming be it flower or grains or vegatable along the railway and road network. This will not only beautify the whole network, clean, and give job opening to farmers. The land remains the goverments. This can promote tourism and greenery. We should promote trees like neem, having variuos health benefits.

We need to be sure that we do not give in green areas around big cities. There is so much of green ridge areas near and around gurgaon, that needs to be preserved as the same will help in keeping the NCR air better. I know u understand that you need to have strict control right from bottom to ensure this. Think about it and you will understand what should be done.
