panchayati elected are not king but elected by the people to serve and govern smooth the village functioning , panchayati raj elected ward-wise member attitude not for the village, they are agent to sell village house property, they are agent for fake house nos, fake resident & vote registration , they develop own doctored phd in ideas of loot, they understand revenue & expenditure , since many panchayat 200 people decide fate , cost of each vote is 300000 plus ,buy votes and maintaining own control ward wise to destroy village. STOP WARD WISE ELECTION, AT-LEAST VILLAGE ENMITY AMONG WILL DISAPPEAR , DEMAND FOR FAKE MIGRANT VOTERS WILL END, MEMBERS WARD WISE ATTITUDE WILL DISAPPEAR,. IF ELECTION CONDUCTED ON UTILITY SERVICE, LIKE WATER,ELECTRICITY, FARM, SOCIAL HELP, ALL PURPOSE WILL GET SERVE, MANY IDEAS CAN BE IMPLEMENT TO MAKE THEM SERVICE ORIENTED,

Sir, In India we self proud with our dharma, culture with the religions. It has needs to respectively protect all dharma temples and their sculptures also historical places for 1000 years, because it is main identity as we are Indian living with brotherhood. So, kindly control and develop our temples through the our govtment or directly by the Gaon Panchayat. It has need to clean and healthy for nations buildings.

Govt need to give panchayat ,funds.infrastructure ,technology ,educated human resources ,for them to boist development of rural areas in rapid way ,and let the structure of governance be of panchayat though rural area is developed into city ,let33 pc of panchayat be of city educated persons preferably ias or scientist or upcoming startups

More ias officers ,proffesors ,scientist ,it graduates ,are needed to be posted in rural to guide panchayat in a technological way ,development of rural and way of living ,certain panchayat judgements are at par with city judge and in consonance with babasaheb ambedkars constitution without education but only with guidance of culture and indian dna

In panchayat national or regional party names need to be avoided ,rural individual leader name need to be campaigned ,to avoid city ,national politics agendas to deviate from rural agendas
