I feel all intellectual of india must come with a design to initiate a Smart villages under initive of panchayats. Smart village development the politics, police, publics, professionals and professor should connect their ideas conxerning tbe sustainability issues. I propose to government, to think in terms of application of panchayat development through metaverse for future design of rural resource alocation equitably. SUGGESTIONS: 1. Panchayets must be given more authority. 2. Panchayat secretary should be selected from secretariat service exam. 3. Allocations should be hiked. 4. Panchayet's internal infrastructure should be developed. 5. '____ Mission Mahina' eg 'Road mission Mahina' A specific work should be given a specific month to be completed. 6. Accountability mechanism should be introduced in order to run efficient adminstration. 7. Staffs should be selected as contractual basis and their promotion or termination will be determined by their work. 8. Social Audit mechanism should be introduced. 9. They should have a sitemap of each problem and its solution. For this Panchayat can deploy some expert of that particular filed as well as take help of new generation. New generation is very creative and knowledgeable and they can suggest multiple solution.

In panchayat level transparency should be seen and all the dwellers of the an area should conveniently state their problems and those should be solved in fast hand.

न्यायलय के बढ़ते मामलों को देखते हुए ऐसा प्रावधान होना चाहिए की पंचायत की प्राचीन प्रक्रिया से एक बार मामले को घूमना चाहिए कहने का मतलब यह है की कोई भी समस्या यदि पंचायत स्तर पर वोटिंग के माध्यम से सुलझायी जाये तो ज्यादातर मामले कोर्ट तक लाने की जरुरत नहीं पड़ेगी और न्यायलय पर कम से कम बोझ होग।
