I am from FARMER family so I have fair idea about agricultural problems,Hardworking ,patience labour charges incurred and many more. I think agricultural internship shall be provided with appropriate evaluation method which can give only result.(for agriculture subject related student passout) another point I want to share is existing student of agriculture shall give reaserch based fellowship in agriculture which craete atmosphere of reaserch in our country,provided reaserch shall be in benefits of farmer is utmost necessary. and there are so many other allied areas which has scope in near future as startup is concerned for overall youth is concerned. many subjects like agricultural demand, exports etc are yet to be part of agricultural boom.

We as a country moving towards the path of brighter future with world class economy and infrastructure. Our Policies and programmes are world class which includes the vision of social welfare and made with taking care of all sections of the society. but the actual problem is at the level of implementation which still need to be improved. Like the programme of DIRECT BENEFIT TRANSFER improved and streamlined the services to some extent... There is still need to make administration people centric and people friendly, with need to strengthen grievance redressal system.

नमस्कार सर, यदि फसल बिमा योजना की सभी जानकारियां स्थानिक क्षेत्रीय सरकारी अधिकारीयों की माध्यम से किसानो तक गयी, तो योजना में किसान भागीदारी मे काफी बदलाव आ सकते है. उन्हे योजना की सभी परिभाषावो का ज्ञान लेना बहोत जरूरी है। यदि ये संभव हो और सारी जिम्मेदारी कंपनी प्रतिनिधियों पर ना छोड़ते हुए सरकारी अधिकारी आगे आकर किसानों को योजना की सभी जानकारी दे और सही से समझाए तो योजना किसान के लिए सच में वरदान समझी जायेगी।

Unemployment has existed in India for a very long time since centuries .Due to the arrival of the pandemic it has affected many people's career and job opportunities for young students who have not been placed by their institute or their respective colleges , therefore I believe more paid internships should be given to them in their respective feilds or areas of their interests. Candidates should be allowed to sit for government internship interviews which will help to enhance their Knowledge about upcoming plans set by the Government of India. There are many talented people who are waiting to grab the opportunity to serve our country in a small way.

India had an agriculture based economy. We can get foriegn currency through exporting agricultural products. but our farmers are much unaware of IEC rules.there need an awareness among farmers towards it.

Many youngsters without jobs in every village can be given with a chance to clean the river beds and lakes during this summer season. They should be given with a small remuneration with a certificate. In 100 days work scheme many people doesn't work and after giving some commission to the agent they collect money. This has to be stopped. The money should be directly credited to the bank account. This 100 days work scheme is a waste and tax payers money is wasted without any purpose. Youngsters should be given with a chance to work with the local villagers and clean. Local MLA and MP should help them to get needed machines and tools from the development funds alloted to them and they have to submit the accounts every year. Those who don't use these funds properly should be fined heavily. During this summer season dry lakes, temple tanks and ponds should be cleaned. Remove the silts and deepen it to store more water during the monsoon season. This will help a lot from water crisis.
