Move to Sodium ion battery (SIB) (Natron Energy ) Also give fee license and technolog to produce SIB in the place of Lead Acid battery. First all UPS batteries in India / USA to be changed to SIB. All existing car and truck batteries to be changed to SIB ALL Bus trucks cars bikes needs to be changed to EV. Please give a dead line like April 2025 where everyone need to migrate to EV production The motor design and car design are independent. The motor can be sync induction motor running on IGBT - insulated gate bipolar transistor to control the speed of the vehicle. The car can be a direct on shaft without any gears. like a train loco motor. This will reduce the weight of the car by 50 to 100 kg. by making better design

As a parent of a child aspiring to Engineering college, it's disheartening to note the financial as well as psychological pressure that a family faces in preparation for competitive exams. It is humbly requested that a system be put in place where the schools employ staff (in-house or outsourced) to COACH THE ASPIRANTS at affordable fees. Pvt centers like Aakash and the ones in Kota have a monopoly thus making it difficult not to send wards to these centers. I am certain that if schools cooperate ( a policy would be needed to put the idea into effect) it will be a win-win situation. EMPLOYMENT GENERATION IN ADDITION TO AFFORDABLE AND EQUITABLE coaching. For parents of female students, it is not always feasible to send their wards to Kota and similar places for obvious reasons. Hope this matter can be given a thought. Regards. Jai Ma Bharti . !!
