Dear Sir, As a part of "Swach Bhart" Mission, everyone is practicing to keep the their home clean, its is very important to have society clean and health environment, But we observed, still People don't follow the practice of cleanliness and throw garbage on the outside. One important Observation, I find out is that at least in Pune, The local Shopkeeper just through their garbage on the road without any concern, and Even worst part is Food Stall/Hotels/Vegetable/Fruits vendor, where they have perishable wet waste they just throw it on the road, and make some point as garbage heap, where the bad smell comes daily and pigs/other animal moves around it..as this is wet garbage..."cleanliness worker who are allocated to collect the garbage" also not collect it, as this is not collection point.....I Request to make some strict rules for throwing foods/vegetables/leftover foods in open area/RoadSide and make some fines on them to Individuals/Society/Hotel/Stall/Vegetable/Fruits Seller

Dear Pm, I want to share my thoughts for our polity mean all pillars of democracy including media. in western democracies all political, beurocratic, judicial executives if caught in practicing/doing immoral activities by abusing his/her authority over the subjects/domains to whom he/she is elected/selected then they owned up their responsibility/accountability both moral/physical,,and many times to self resignation or face judicial scrutiny like one foreign secretary Mr. cook resignation in uk & usa president former mr.clinton facing judge mr.k star while in office.
