handicapped judicial system harassing the helpers and investors and common people whoever wants to participate in the nation building. Then why people will get discouraged at huge cost. The only solution for this is stop corruption and make judicial system fast,fair,free,and fortress.

If Indian student are helped in hand by any organization in the recent arrival days with basic information and fruitful networking then they shall remain loyal and make donation later when they start earning. These institution shall in it self be used for branding India in many ways particularly in the 5Ts. Such organisation can be made democratically elected, this will keep the student associated to the organization. And thus collectively help in developing Brand India in different fields.

Mostly Indian students in US and Europe does not get any help from the working class(Indians). Some of employed working class people want to help the new students but there is no framework for it. Only some Gurudawa(through the donation from employed class) provide free food and cheap shelter to the new arrivals. Rest it becomes very difficult to have useful interaction. Similar to gurudwara(SGPC) if other organisations are made then it will be very useful for the student to get much needed help

I live in USA and wanted to bring a request for change in OCI rule to the attention of Minister of Foreign affairs. Here it goes - "Overseas Citizenship of India (OCI) scheme can not be availed by a US citizen whose US citizenship certificate does not say previous citizenship as India. To make it more precise, if Mr.A who was citizen of India by birth moves to UK and acquires UK citizenship and then moves to USA and acquires USA citizenship will not be eligible to apply for OCI as his USA citizenship will show previous citizenship as UK not India. To me OCI should be allowed to every previous Indian citizen and the rule does not make any sense to me. Please read the OCI rule on the Indian Consulate Houston website for more details. The change in rule will open the doors of thousands of NRIs who wish to come back to India and serve their country.

Help others

Farmer loans should be waived not only for AP or TG. We should do for all the states for all eligible farmers. If we loose one farmer then it is shame to our Country and shame to politicians. I know we have lot of schemes to help them but they are not aware to take advantage of it or it is not easy to get. I can challenge that all the educated people are not bothering about farmers. We should change this situation very soon.

We should change our policies regarding farmer issues and support him to full extent. He should not take rounds towards banks to just get 25,000 to 50000 rupees loan for crops and sacrifice his life if he is not able to pay back. Lot of things are not in his control. 1. Rains (Drought or floods), 2. forming expenses in terms of quality for fertilizers etc. Why do we have rules to extend to duration for repayment. These loans are not for industrialists or politicians - no dare to ask for repay
