Dear Prim Minister Ji Namashkar. Sir I would like to share some thoughts which I am having regarding the Waiting List ticket people. My thought is, pls add 2 to 3 sitting chair coaches in each train for the waiting list ticket people. I have seen and realized also,even the same amount of money has been paid by the people and when it is in WL then it is very difficult to even sit in the train, which is very much pain full. so pls add some extra sitting coaches, so that WL people at least can sit.

It would be really great if there is a facility to give all the options of travel by trains within a range of 1.5 - 2 times the time taken by the shortest path between the From and To Stations. This need not be at booking level but at enquiry level so that passengers can check their options on booking through one of the routes on IRCTC site.

Railway should also issue return journey Tatkak tikits on dimand at the time of Tatkal tikit buking so any passenger can Travel without Tention of return journey reservation .

रेलवे प्लेटफाम की साफ सफाइ के लिये रेलवे टृेक काे रेलवे कासिंग की तरह समतल बनाया जावे एवं उसमें ढलान रखी जावे ताकि फलस करने पर पानी बीच में बनायी गयी ढकी हुइ नाली से बह जावे । इस पानी काे रिसायिकल कर बार बार उपयाेग किया जा सके । इससे प्लेटफाम साफ सुथरे रहेंगे ।

ततकाल अारक्षण में नया टाेकन सिसटम लाया गया है जिसमें एक दिन पहले टाेकन लेकर रेन्डमली नंबर दिया जावेगा जाे दूसरे दिन एक अलग काउन्टर से ततकाल टिकट ले सकेंगे । यह बहुत ही अचछा है । इसमें एक नयी व्यवसथा की जावे कि टाेकन के लिये सलीपर क्लास एसी क्लासेस के लिये कमशः 100 200 300 500 रूपये चारज किये जावें जाे नानरिफन्डेबल हाें ।

Dear Honorable Our Prime Minister Sir, first my wishes for your initiation i hope this effort definitely take our nation to a big height. my suggestion regarding the privatization of railway by why don't we have system like road transport system and give permit to each compartment to a private companies so they can give employment to lot of Indians and can maintain very well and reduce the charges and give more facilities to travelers in business competition and dept can maintain the train etc.,

sir aaj railway ka sabse bada mudda hai ki railway ticket ki kala bazari ise rokne kiye hame har yatriyon ki ticket me unka aadhar num jod de toh isse kala bazari roki jaa skti hai

For reservation of tickets government should call more private player like airlines or private buses online reservation system. Passenger should inform through sms that his or her arrival/ departure station time before 2 hours of actual arrival or departure.

I want to dray the kind attention of Hon'bl PM and Railway minister to the Tatkal booking scheme. It is of grave concern that almost every day at 10 am when the tatkal booking starts, the server goes down for the public for few minutes even sometimes for several minutes....after the server is restored, the availability becomes zero. It is highly suspected that these are man made and a scam cannot be ruled out. Pl see... Regrds. Prasun
