18 सितंबर 2014 को नई दिल्ली में स्वास्थ्य एवं परिवार कल्याण मंत्री, डॉ हर्षवर्धन द्वारा भारत में नवजात शिशु संबंधी कार्य योजना का शुभारंभ किया गया। इस योजना के अंतर्गत देश में नवजात शिशु की मृत्यु को रोकने और मृत प्रसव को कम करने के लिए एक रणनीति तैयार की गई है। आईएनएपी न केवल नवजात मृत्यु और मृत प्रसव की दर को घटाने के लिए प्रभावी उपाय देगा बल्कि मातृ मृत्यु को कम करने के लिए भी सुझाव देगा। प्रस्तावित योजना के कार्यान्वयन, निगरानी, मूल्यांकन और विकास के लिए समयसीमा तय की गई है और भारत में नवजात शिशु के स्वास्थ्य में सुधार लाने के लिए कार्य कर रहे सभी हितधारकों से यह अपेक्षित है कि वह " 2030 तक एकल अंक एनएमआर " और "2030 तक एकल अंक एसबीआर " के लक्ष्य को प्राप्त करने के लिए कार्य करें। आईएनएपी को मौजूदा आरएमएनसीएच+ के ढांचे में कार्यान्वित किया गया है जो एकता, समानता, लिंग, देखभाल की गुणवत्ता, अभिसरण, जवाबदेही, और भागीदारी जैसे सिद्धांतों का अनुसरण करेगी। इसको मुख्य रूप से इलाज सम्बन्धी पैकेज, मृत प्रसव और नवजात शिशु के स्वास्थ्य की देखभाल के छह स्तंभों पर बनाया गया है। इसके प्रभावी कार्यान्वयन के लिए डैशबोर्ड संकेतकों की एक सूची के साथ निगरानी और मूल्यांकन के लिए एक व्यवस्थित योजना का विकास किया गया है।

The air we breathe....am sure no one would disagree with the very low quality of air specially in the winter months...causes most of the respiratory diseases. Request clean air....hope I can atleast ask that.... Lets take example of what we call the cleanest n pollution free country- Singapore......there they have restrictions on the number of CAR REGISTRATIONS....Why can't we restrict that just by increasing the tax on cars. TOTAL TAX ON CAR = VALUE OF THE CAR.

Desh ke pradhan sevak ko mera namaskar. Mai un kisano ki safty ke liye bat karna chahti hu. Kisano ko unke license ke sath ak aisa safty coat, gloves or mask diya jaye jo unhe kheto me use hone wale dawao se bacha k rakhe. Sun light jo ki biota ke liye harmful ho gai hai, jiski kirno se cancer,sun burn, skin infection jaisi bimariyo se suffer karna pdta hai, usase unhe bachane ke liye ye chije unke liye lagu kar diya jaye,taki kisan bhi safe rahe or bimariya bhi kam ki ja sake.

Dear Modi ji, The concern I have is little controversial to some but very very important for stable India. And that is the activities of Christian Missionaries in India, specially south India. The news is that they even Pay to convert to some people. And trust me, its happening in a BIG SCALE. 1) Try and allot at least 1 village to a reputed NGO in its surrounding area and train the NGO to implement project to train community health volunteers to minimise NMR, SBR, IMR, MMR. Work could be based on time tested ones like Jamkhed project or SEARCH (Gadchiroli). 2) There needs to better accountability from health staff working in public sector. If corresponding to the salaries paid, health staff in SCs, PHCs, etc do their work to even 75% potential, it will make a world of difference.

One of the greatest initiatives to create a Healthy India is the Swachh Bharat Abhiyan....alongwith that we also need to provide healthy food to our citizens. Pls make the food inspector more active in checking the people who use adultration in food n make adultration a non bailable offence. HEALTHY INDIA.......WEALTHY INDIA

Make an ID card for drinking and smoking. only +25(age) can get that card. that card will supply only for certain time. without that card no one can get drinks from shop. so we can save next(our) generation. (I know demerits of this idea. but we can overcome those faults. (8762035428)

Health Minister, I have been in the field of Clinical Biochemistry for the past 25 years in Bengaluru. I would like to bring to your notice that, there is a need to setup proper diagnostic facilities at taluq levels in addition to hospitals to provide complete healthcare for the poor and rural folk. Many people travel all the way from their hometown to cities to get their diagnostic tests, which is inconvenient. Thus, I urge you to setup labs in major Tq HQ's for faster diagnosis & treatment.

Respected sir, there is need of comprhensive health policy for the poor people.On going RJJY AAROGYA YOJANA has been come out as life saving health policy for poor people ofour country.But still there is need of more broad spectrum health plan so that no indian will loose his/her life because of unavailabality of better health resources and because of his/her pooe economical status.THANKING YOU-DR.SHAILESH.
