We shd encourage using car bins in our cars/truck/bus as most of roadside garbage is thrown by us only. Since the launch of SBM by Hon'ble PM, I started using car bin for me. It gives me sense of responsibility n commitment abt environment n cleanliness. Also, we should survey, where people are throwing garbage and urinating at public places etc. Civic body should do own bit by installing dustbins n constructing good quality toilets there. Pan Masala/gutaka/pan should be banned.

And if they failed to do so they will get penalty on their property. And the same law will apply on the pedestrian and the people who uses public place to make dirty so if they get caught they will also get penalty too. And also the same law will apply on the public service cleaner who clean the public area and streets that if they don't clean it properly so they will be also getting the warning to failed to do their job properly. And they also should be punished by some penalty on their pay.

If we will follow this law without any corruption and if that group of people will do their job properly so that day will be coming soon where we will see a clean India. And also if all the city and state start penalty the people and property so that state and city will get extra funds to improve their state and provide more services to their people. And also from that penalty funds we can also pay that group of peoples salary too. please comment all other peoples how you like my idea. thanks

Don't go after this campaign of everyone doing everything. Identify talents in people and engage accordingly. Cleanliness was respected a lot in ancient India. This was because there were dedicated people who were talented to do that job. People were given employment based on their talent. That is missing today. So we don't have people who are expert in picking up filth and cleaning the society.Reviving this traditional culture of educating since childhood based on talent will solve this problem

In Govt organisation in Mumbai, RTI queries are raised by employees. RTI is helpful to organisation. At BARC( kalpakkam), Tamil Nadu , Authorities threatens employees of disciplinary action /harasses /discourages for raising RTI queries .Swachhata is needed in country from discouraging attitude of management in govt dept towards RTI

There are instances the toilets built by Govt Fund are converted in to utility rooms after inspection. To avoid misuse of Govt schemes an empowered Citizen charter shall be in place to keep vigil. Citizen charter consisting of retired officials can make surprise checks within 3 year period of scheme implementation and submit reports to District collectors. Such citizen charter has to be formed in each parliamentary constituency.
