Dear prime minister Let us have citizen groups ward wise in a city to monitor the progress and have monthly winners of citizen groups feliciated which should be done on an all India basis sustainable and pride driven patriotic fervour recognised making India a clean nation

The current HONEYSUCKER Trucks have no provision for carrying water.They can now be outfitted for replenishing water in over-head Tanks of privately maintained Toilet Kiosks fitted even on Highways.The Honeysucker Trucks can fill water on top,when they suck out the bottom-fitted Septic Tank(Holding Tank). Fines should be levied for dysfunctional Toilets, with each Toilet carrying ID number and color codes for reporting unhygienic condition.Builders must mandatorily provide such Kiosks for Worker

Human waste is excellent for generating Biogas(Methane) and remaining can be made fertilizer for public Park grass&trees.Tax Incentive for a business providing prefabricated Toilet Kiosks of approved design will help in eliminating manual scavenging.Suction Trucks(HONEYSUCKERS)with sealed tank can empty the SepticTanks fitted under such Kiosks.The Kiosk setup be permitted by Private business only-in Parks,Parking Lots,Markets, Railway&Bus Stands&Playgrounds.Male toilets of BLUE color;Female=RED.

Respective Prime Minister, Sir i would like to ask please make a rule regulation against Landlord area wise. Rent will be allowed as per facilities..as water, electricity, clean toilet. it should be in govt. record. all rented person were taking slip by land lord......sir please make a strong stem against this.

It can be said that development should always be of holistic nature, so all round development is the answer to overcome this problem. Literacy, alternative employment option, financial support,moral support, awareness campaigns, women empowerment etc. are many options which if implemented holistically can contribute in eliminating manual scavenging.

Manual scavenging can only be tackled by hitting the problem at the root. We need to ensure that waste segregation is done at the source, specially in big cities and towns. I remember as a kid all students in our remote village in uttrakhand would bring two sticks of wood for fuel. This had cummulative effect. Probably tagging waste management with schools will help in a big way. Kids bring in segregated waste from home. Huge network of schools across the country can collect and process waste

Manual Scavenging can be eliminated by our concept. Our society which envisages a open defecation free society. We are capable of implementing a society free of open defecation if given a free hand . A toilet is expected to be build by a villager by the guidelines of sanitation. However, the villager is not technically competent to construct a sanitary unit for life.We have the technique and have built more than 800 units. unit is built that is not sustainable, but is temporarily functional.
