It is beyond my understanding that how an organisation is running in deficit while almost 20 lakhs employees are working for that. It is the corruption which made the Indian Railway like white elephant. For instace if a Track Man working hard on Railway Track needs leave for his urgent work, his superior denies for leave. Finally he has take sick leave or otherwise he has to pay bribe to his superior. In railway every post is having undertable income.

Mr. PM I am very small employee, working for Indian Railways, I was very much influenced with the initiatives taken by ur Govt to reduce inflation, new job creation, and to attract foreign investments. The result will no doubt come in longer term. Some of the glimps came in recent days. One more area is there where it needs attention to paid is corruption in various departments. I invite u to look the situation of working culture in various DRM offices in Railways.

Mindset of people is the major constraint. People who keep their homes spic and span don't think once they are out of it. Hats off Modi Sir for commencing the best task - ACHIEVING CLEAN INDIA. Schools should primarily focus on civic responsibility so that the future generation adopts it.

Respected, PM Sir, I am very much influenced with Clean India Slogan. We need to sensitize people and make some stringent law so punish the habitual who are polluting our Country. People are leaving their domestic animals on roads and street dogs is also a major cause of pollution. We can make a common cattle yard in each area to keep the animals and collect some fees for its maintenance. Then I think we can come over this part and also generate Gobar Gas from there.

Dear Modi Sir, Please develop a system so that paper wastage due to this printing of voter list again and again due to a minor change can be stopped and please make all state and central government online, so that their activities can be tracked online and which will be helpful in reducing the corruption from departments.
