Continued to the last post - This is important as I could see a place between My office and home where we close our bus' windows and do not prefer even passing from that since garbage is dumped there and could see daily there are at least 10 scavengers working at that place with fouling smell.

Eliminating Manual scavenging may lead to unemployment for few scavengers but they can be employed in collecting the garbage from the home. We can Ensure that the Garbage gets segregated at the base point from where it is generated i.e . the households or industries , this will reduce the health risk for the scavengers. This thought is very basic but needs to be implemented by promoting it as a campaign.

Honorable Prime Minister Narendra Modi Ji Two generation of my family served in Indian railway , Indian rly is very close to my heart and I liked to see it becoming world class service. However , whenever I visit railway stations I find it most un-cleaned specially due to the "maila" from passenger trains directly flows down to the tracks. This issue can be fixed very easily with low cost container that would collect all "maila" and avoid flowing down to the track

Government of india has to allocate more funds for research and development to invent new machinery/techniques to avoid manual scavenging. Common people with low income cannot afford for mechanical scavenging in the existing system.

In my opinion, democracy is not suitable for countries like India. It is suitable only for countries that have educated population. I do not find any Asian country with full-fledged democracy that has come up economically. We need a person like our PM to have the full power to implement his programmes and policies across the country without hindrances of democracy. For this even if has to turn into a benevolent dictator, I would not mind, China is a prime example.

In my opinion, we need to do one thing very urgently if our PMs plans to make india a developed one. We need to introduce new electoral reforms to prevent criminals and people with dubious past records and vested interests being elected. We need to have honest people with political & administrative experience in our governments. Then only our PMs ideas can be implemented across the country. With the present lot of state & central govt politicians, this is not possible
