only the right person is employed in right place. here the required qualifications is 200% & not on courtesy, reservation, relation, gift. in KCSR the job will be given to wife or any family members of deceased person, due to this reason the killing of husband using black magic for govt job, insurance as nominee or harrassment or blackmail of loosing his job by false FIR in local police station. the son or wife is not the right person for husband or father's job. so only employee with required training, qualifications, experience with time tested trust for govt job. the husband has no control over wife, she may lie, leave, betrayal etc disturbing his mentality, subnormal memory, leading to lack of efficiency in his job. women are not trustworthy, are not alternative for men. they have their own field suitable & will prefer take. so change rules & regulations remove nominee, wife's right over husband, ha can marry immediately after she left or create problems disturbing his jobs.

Respected PM Sir, Please make Agnipath optional process. All Agniveers will have tactical knowledge and hands on training at the highest level. So, people with such knowledge must accept the results at the end of four years out of their choice and free will while enrolling. If someone is determined to get the 100% assurance they can follow the existing process. You can keep this period as testing phase for 3-5 years. This will be highly helpful. Apart from these request you to implement all new laws and plans in phased manner like, state wise pilot projects, and then higher level incremental growth. It will give you time to assimilate data on participation and negative and positive feedback. Third request is an unique employment opportunity for short term basis. Create a centre of excellence for creating awareness and consensus on the new laws and pilot projects using human one on one and social media rollout. आदरनिया, प्रधान मंत्री जी, अग्निवीर, योजना को आप दूसरे तरीके से भी समझा सकते है। जैसे गणित मे एक सवाल एक तरीके से समझ नहीं आए तो उसको समझाने का तरीका बदल देते है। इसमें आप बोल सकते है कि फौज कि भर्ती मे कोई कटौती नहीं की जा रही है। फौज की रेगुलर भर्ती के अलावा तीन गुणा अग्नि वीर भर्ती किए जायेंगे जोकि रोजगार को बढ़ाने मे एक महत्व पूर्ण कदम है। अब फौज कि भर्ती तीन गुणा ज्यादा कि जायेगी और जो उनमें सबसे अच्छे 25 प्रतिशत अग्नि वीर होंगे उनको रेगुलर किया जाएगा

सर अग्निपथ योजना आप वापिस न लें, यह एक उच्चस्तरीय योजना है। अब तो हालात यह हो गया है, कि इस समय सरकार की उच्चस्तरीय जनहित योजनाओं का भी विरोध हो रहा है। यह विपक्षी लोगों की कार्यप्रणाली है। एक सुझाव कृपया समय को देखते हुए यदि इसी योजना को यदि यह शब्द दिए जाते, कि सरकार सेना में जो भर्ती करेगी उसमें सरकार चार गुना व्यक्तियों को प्रशिक्षित करेगी। जिससे सरकार आवश्यकता अनुसार समायोजन कर सके। सर बात वही है,बस शब्दों को मात्र अंतरित करना था।

आदरणीय प्रधानमंत्री जी सादर प्रणाम आपसे विनम्र प्रार्थना है कि अग्निवीर योजना किसी भी हालत में वापस मत लेना नहीं तो इन देश के दुश्मनों का हौसला और बढ़ जायेगा। सर,अब देश के गद्दारों को किसी भी हालत में सफल नहीं होने देना। आप ही इस देश को बचा सकते है आप हमारे लिए ईश्वर से कम नहीं हैं। इस देश के लिए आप से ज्यादा अच्छे फैसले कोई नहीं ले सकता है।

NEP is good but also have some drawbacks, and the worst thing is states unwillingness to accept it. Some states like M. P. is committed to accept it but working very slowly in this field.Children and teachers are not yet aware about that what changes this NEP is going to bring, government must start some webinars to introduce and explain NEP so that children and teachers can understand how much changes can be seen after implementing it.
