मैं ऐसे व्यक्ति को जानता हूँ जिन्हें तीन बेटे हैं और इसका कारण एक बेटी की चाह - दोनों पति पत्नी को एक बेटी की चाहत थी और इसी आश में तीन बेटों का आगमन हुआ ।

बेटी शब्द को लोगों ने तमाशा बना दिया है - ये सही है कि ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में अभी भी बेटे को अधिक महत्व दिया जाता है लेकिन आज के समाज में खास कर तथाकथित बुद्धिजीवी वर्ग ही सबसे आगे है भ्रूण हत्या में क्योंकि ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में और गरीबों को इतना पैसा नहीं और न सुविधा है कि वो जान सकें कि गर्भ में पल रहा बच्चा है या बच्ची है। आवश्यकता है युवाओं के सामने आने का - समाज के निर्माण में युवा शक्ति ही सर्वोपरि है।

I wanted to do m.sc. in zoology from my state university.there were 13 or 14seats in gen. Category...and the admission was based on entrance and marks obtained in b.sc...more weightage was of graduation marks...even though i got good marks in entrance..and mypercentage was in 70'sbut only toppers got admission...the middle class always suffers..why do they let students graduate,if they could not give admission to us...seats are limited and half are reserved..we are just left with nothing...

Here I am sharing inspiring story.(Names are duplicate, due to security reason). There was a poor girl reading with us in college. One of our friend had affairs for 4 years. The boy broke up relation after physical relation and dumped her(as her family poor, no one reported rape case). It took 2 yr to get out of depression for that girl. But due to her braveness and education, she learned IT courses . Now after 8 years she is engaged is famous IT company and in better position than ex-boy friend

There is no alternative of education . Girls in India have been longly kept away from education and empowerment. But Mr Narendra Modi's thought is changing this. Sex ratio is decreasing bellow alert limit many places. Insecurity, lack of awareness,evil effect of western sex culture , our male-dominant thought has created a challenging environment. Education can create self sufficient women society. We have a Hindu tradition, where Durga,Kali ,Saraswati, Laxmi are main Goddess.Educate & Aware !

आप सभी को ये जान कर हैरानी होगी की वो ही बच्ची आगे चल कर हमारे विद्यालय से मेट्रिक की टॉपर निकली। और वो आगे भी पढ़ाई कर रही है। उसे जब भी मैं रस्ते में देखता हूँ तो उसके मन में मेरे प्रति सम्मान देखता हूँ और मेरा आशीर्वाद सदा उस बच्ची के साथ रहता है। जो शायद मेरे तथा मेरे विद्यालय के प्रयास एवं अपनी मेहनत से सफ़लता के कदम चूम रही है।

मैं उसके पीछे उसके घर पहुँच गया। घर पर वो मुझे आते देख घर में जा कर चुप गई। घर देखने से मुझे उसकी आर्थिक स्थिति का पता चल गया। कुछ देर बाद उसकी बड़ी बहन जो कही काम पर जाने वाली थी मुझे देख कर पहचान गई उसने कहा की मैं मधु को स्कूल भेजना चाहती हूँ पर वो जाना नहीं चाहती मुझे मालूम चला की उसके माँ एवं पिताजी का देहांत कुछ वर्ष पहले हो चुकी थी। घर पर दोनों बहन ही रहती थी। मेरे बार बार समझाने के बाद उसकी बहन पुनः स्कूल भेजने की बात कही। उसका अपनी बहन से कहना की मैं तो नहीं पढ़ पाई पर तुम अवश्य पढ़ो।
