To check that expenditure is done for the right purpose. it is often seen that we spent the money for the work which is easily possible by using the technology like phone, internet eg .For govt purchase we use Tender/E tender publish advertise in papers but for home even for small purchase we compare rate/quality Analyse on internet. Also using tender we compromise with quality because the quality manufacturer whose product is in demand not participate in tender because of corruption involved.

Purchase of Machinary and Plants, Equipments etc. in government sector undergo long and tedious process before purchase. However once purchased no performance audit is carried out during the plant or equipment's lifetime. An annual review of the utilisation of the asset must be made compulsory. In case of failure to meet original stated goals action should be taken. This will reduce number of white elephants lying in government offices.

Finance Act, 2012, w.e.f. 1-7-2012 inserted a Sub-section 1D of Section 143 of Income Tax Act, 1961, which has given the authority to the Income Tax Official to avoid refund if an assesses has received a notice under section 143(2). The above sub-section 1D is used as a tool by all the income tax officials to avoid income tax refund to the assessee till the assessment is not completed. We would like this sub-section should be removed with immediate effect. Regards Arvind Agarwal

Minimize the corruption of Money by implementing the following:- 1) Make all 500 & 1000 Rupee notes obsolete in the Market. This will force people to come to the Bank's to Exchange. A Limit can be set(Ex. 2 lakhs max) for people coming to deposit 500/1000 Rs. notes upto which, no questions will be raised. 2) People's with >2 Lakh Cash Amount should produce evidences for the same or will have to face Legal Challenges. 3) Net Banking, Credit/Debit Cards use will increase

Let the demand comes from individual people who have taken some tasks . See it and if possible guide them . For ex . I have taken a project in my school on re use of waste paper and plastic bottle . Students response is over welcoming . Now I need 4 good qualities of dustbins . Give me a sponsor or show me a way . I am trying to get it from school fund .

I have an Idea to create security, law and order. The main problem in India is security. Like everyone has got an account in a bank. This is a great achievement in security of the country. Everyone can be identified with that single card provided with an identity card and a social security number provided by the country or state. The permanent address can be made must. And if anyone moves to a different state, they have to make an entry through internet or to some offices direct.
