Sir it should be made compulsory for every saansad to give info. about the money given by central & state govt. for development of his area & where & how it was used either through local print or e- media.People may compare info. provided by saansad with that info. obtained through RTI.In case of any fraud found either by saansad or any other officer case may be filed in district court and the defaulter(either saansad or any other officer) shall be penalized. In this way corruption will reduce.

A critical review of Overtime payments in Railways should be done. This is especially required in non-running staff like workshop, hospitals etc.

Lot of posts in Indian Railway are not in tune with time, like bungalow luscars provided to officers. By paying suitable allowance, many posts can be surrenendered or redeployed.

In railways lot of manpower is wasted for doing debiting and crediting between different zones and division. For example debit is raised on other zone by southern railway when railway patients are treated in Railway hospital, Perambur. This tedious process costs atleast one lakh per month. When extrapolating such activity over all departments the expenditure should be huge. This can be avoided, as entire IR is one entity.

So many officers of the Ministries are just busy in answering the queries of the hon. Members of Parliament. Whenever a meeting is convened, most of the senior officers of the Ministry are present in these meetings leaving the Ministries deserted. There is overlapping of subjects also. One subject sometimes is considered by many Committees. Members instead of being in their constituencies during non-session period are busy in travelling to Delhi. During Session period they should be in Delhi

Members of Parliament just for the month of September 2014, as a sample, you will see that huge amounts are being spent on the TA/DA and other expenses. A Parliamentary Committees should meet only when any Bill is referred to it for consideration. What is generally happening is that they are selecting some subject and keep on discussing it by calling outside people. S
