Dear Sir my thought related with get back our black money. We have lot of choices to bring back them to India. But both govt and black money holder has done mistakes. So both you share that mistakes and as well as money. The Govt may give offer to lack money holders as 50-50 offer. The one share of 50% goes to govt. The another 50% may keep by black money holders but with a condition basis. That condition is they must deposit those 50% as a deposit in India's bank or instant as a manufctng.

Dear sir, first of all i feel we need to change outlook towards revenue expenditure and capital expenditure. i feel any type of investment made for the future of the country should be categorized as capital expenditure. if we invest in agriculture thn it should be seen as capital expenditure. when we invest in job creation than it should be treated as capital expenditure. whe we invest in skill development/ gurukuls/dairy/ etc than also we should treat it as capital expenditure .

Mutual funds are a wonderful medium to channelize common man's savings in to nation building. However, our successive governments failed to take advantage of this aspect of capital formation to the extent required. Even, the recent budget (2014) too has wasted the opportunity to utilize this medium. Unaware of the advantages of investing in MFs, Indian savers are putting their money in gold, chits, Bank FDs etc.,

Today, India is on the verge of a kind of retail revolution, where spread of internet is creating a new retail market, i.e. on-line purchases by common people. The core-competence of our Postal Department being delivery of articles and letters, the time has come for the Department to realign its energies to focus on this emerging retail revolution, instead of splurging its resources on banking services. The Banking is done by the public sector banks, hence the Posts should focus on its strength.

As all the salaries are routed through PAN & rural India are connected through “Ration Cards” – we have to classify the Adhaar Card of each Individual under the classes

It is so ironical that a middle class man using a motorcycle pays full price for petrol where as a super rich person gets subsidized diesel. This anomaly must be removed. The money wasted in subsidy should be instead used to develop mass transport systems in all towns and cities. It will be small discomfort for few years but we should thing long term (one area where our government has failed - not thinking long term).

Modi Ji For reducing Cost we have to Train all our Government employees on Lean six sigma and Create a competition to reduce cost. All the major MNC's are trying to reduce cost by stream ling their process.If we can create a national level program for reward and recognition for reducing cost then we can change the country with participation from all the employees.

In Swachh Bharat Mission we can fine Rs 50/- for spitting/ Littering and for other related bad activities. Out of this Rs 50/- , we can pay the collecting staff Rs 10/- and Rs 40 /- can be used for cleaning of places / premises where this fine has been collected.
