Practicals/Labs needs revamping.

A professor in management team of industry will link industry to institute.

Our technical education system and industry demand is very different. There must be industry based practical and creativity in technical education system.

Syllabus made by top industries belonging to each sector help the youth to get job. Because, most of the company says they want experienced fellow. It is true that there is no combination in study and job profile.

This problem is not new to this country and it is since from 1960.Pt. Deen Dayal ji all ready wrote an article on this issue on 31 august,1959 in Panchajanya. According to me we nee to modify our technical education syllabus.Problems in Syllabus: 1.) Technical (B.tech) of all university is not same.There is so much difference in syllabus taught in IIT and all other universities across the country.So,please give on syllabus to all universities made by top industries of each sec

.Education should be practical oriented should be interactive.Fromo Elementary school Level it should be linked with Industries so that who those who successfully complete they will have both practical&theoritcal experience, Incase if astudent couldnt complete his studies he could able to continue in industry.Hence employability will improve. Industries thoselink with schools should provide little striphend to encourage students.Syllabus must practical oriented.

commercialization of education should be stopped...anyone can open an engineering or management college etc. which reduces the quality of education imparted.. it should be mandatory for colleges corporate cells to have links with companies....UGC is making india fool with AICTE both have been destroying level of education..

It is not adequate enough to only look at skilling youth. It is equally important to focus on entrepreneurship and create an ecosystem of entrepreneurs to generate jobs & absorb the existing & future skilled populations. A sustainable approach towards creating entrepreneurs is to introduce entrepreneurship education at primary school level. This would create a mindset for children to become entrepreneurs, open new avenues, be a positive reinforcement to generate jobs & absorb the skilled.

Theory and its Applications both are important. Industry can sponsor tailor made courses in local universities as per their specific requirements. Skill requirement may be decided by industry and skill development de done by the local universities. This partnership can be carried out in a professional way so that universities do not compromise with quality.

Practical knowledge is more important than the theory knowledge so according to the student field responsible of college or university that set industrial training of 6 month it is must for every students before they graduate..
