Each department in an educational institution should be affiliated to one or more companies in the relevant industry. Minimum hours of lecture by their subject matter experts should be guaranteed by the company. Company should plan internship program for the students. It should be made mandatory for the company and the educational institutions. Source of funds could be the government or student fees. There will no commitment in free service.

50% Classes must be by People from Industry. Today, only in the last year of graduation, for a a few hours, student get to interact with real industry people and then realize that despite studying hard,he is clueless about industry and has no capability to showcase to them. This will change when from day one, 50% of classes are conducted by industry people. It NEED NOT be by a few senior industry leaders. Every person in the industry can share some valuable learning in 30-40 mins with students.

Currently engineering colleges have very little interaction or help from the industry. When the engineering students graduate from college, they have no exposure to industrial practices. It is better to introduce internship programs. There are too many engineering colleges without proper facilities. I suggest that restrict the number of colleges and improve the overall facilities and faculty.

For medical or health education I suggest student to be part of health support staff i.e. If some one choose subject biology in order to become a physician or surgeon in future He may be included in all levels of hospital work force at different levels of his education. The aspiring doctors taught all jobs right from cleaning staff to laboratory, ot staff and nursing job, pharmacist both allopathic and ayurvedic. Before actual physician surgeon study starts. On completing he will be a skillfull.

Respected Sir, I think that every state should have its own educational policy. Every state has its own challenges to face. We know that majority of our population is dependent upon agriculture for the daily sustainance. So maybe, we could teach a child right from he start how he could solve the problems already persisting. Say for example if the father of a child is working in a farm producing wheat then vocational courses to set up a wheat processing industry should be given.

1.Corporates must increase internship programs, a few could be taken from Schools also. 2.Online internship programs can be initiated as Companies can crowd source ideas from a platform so that with the help of new ideas, techniques & concepts, Companies can grow their business & tech, also students would be benefited by the monetary funds which could be considered as educational scholarships to students. 3.To extract cream students, online competitions could be organized by Corporates.

At the end, what an Employer want ? He wants to get sure that the pupil knows practicability of what he has learned. This can be done by asking the pupil to work for 3 months in an organisation. He/she must attend office like regular employees, and to be given tasks like normal employees.
