We are a group of 4 professionals who have teamed after average experience of 30 years in Industry. We are working to find a solution to the employability particularly of engineers and MBAs. We are developing a model and seek a platform to test our hypothesis. Also we are doing a workshop to refine our design at Gurgaon and invite students and unemployed graduate engineers to join us. There is no fee

Training period of college should be greater than 1 year in market companies. It is the only way to improve educational level in india. Company should bound to give proper training not just certificate for money only. 90% my college student purchase training certificate from companies, these things should be restricted at ground level.

For this we want to say that there are many more engineering college in this country there are many difference if you see the syllabus, lab facilit, quaquality of teacher etc so 1)we have to make same syllabus in all over the country include IIT aalso. 2)do not approve the college who don't have lab facility because that are the actual engg. I see most of the e ngg college don't have lab facility but the they have given the engg. Degree 3)in many college quality of teacher not available.

Industry in general does not recognise efforts of students in part time / executive studies (noticed especially in MBA courses). An full time college MBA from third grade college would still be valued higher than part time executive MBA from a premier institute (even IIMs/FMS etc). A professional slogging hard in his spare time with studies should be valued at par by industry. This intensely qualified pool of professionals is going waste. Please address this imbalance for Skilled India.

— there should be a system that the requirement of industry should be meet at the college level itself so that we can produce workforce according to need of industry and there should not be need for any training after degree or diploma. Students should get practical training in their classrooms with the help of industry, it will save time and money for both students and industry with no extra burden on government.
