for various flagship programs of the government or drawing and spreading awareness for various social evils prevalent in the society like drug abuse, human trafficking, domestic violence, dowry deaths etc. For employing persons having different skills, the government must from time to time hold contests, competitions, seminars, etc. as well as conduct specialized examinations in different fields of activities.

but also for the common man to understand. Similarly drafting legal document can also include drafting treaties, agreement between two countries or any other official communication. Also, the writing skill of a person can be harnessed for any other person which the government deems fit e.g. issuing circulars, drafting rules and regulations and guidelines etc. Likewise, if a person is good at drawing and painting, he can be permanently employed by the government for designing posters,logos etc.

Taking an example of the legal field. Writing and drafting in the legal field has traditionally been understood as drafting only plaints, written statements, writ petitions, wills, caveats or any other document or application meant for presentation before the court. This traditional interpretation should be done away with and the writing skills of a person from the field of law should also be used for drafting laws in simple language not only as a part of policy formulation process

More importantly, it needs a departure from pursuing the traditional occupations of doctors, engineers, lawyers, judges etc. There is also an imperative need to change the perception of the parents, the society and the societal acceptance and respect for all jobs than mere four traditional occupations mentioned above. This can very well be done by the Hon'ble Prime Minister in his monthly radio programme 'Mann Ki Baat'

Secondly, the government must expand the scope of job opportunities by giving the youth decent and respectable employment with attractive remuneration and perks to persons from all fields of endeavor/activities and to specially skilled persons. This should be linked to/complimented with/by chances of bright future career prospects i.e. chances of promotions, hike in salary based on performance, pension after superannuation etc.

If a person's skills can be used for doing constructive work for the betterment of the society, it will give him greater satisfaction and happiness and increase his efficiency. It is a cardinal principle that if a person is forced/pressurized to do anything or pursue any avocation against his wishes, it will be counterproductive in the long run as doing a work against interest downgrades efficiency and there is loss of productivity.

Skills can be developed, harnessed and tapped by realizing the potential and area of interest of the child. This would firstly depend upon the child himself and secondly upon the teacher. It can be assessed by the performance of the child in various disciplines (subjects) and introspection by the child himself. If the child is performing exceptionally well in a few subjects, his talent can be nurtured to link his employability in his later years of life.

Education can lead to gainful employment only when it is skill based. To link skills with employment the scope and ambit of job opportunities should be expanded. As the Hon'ble Prime Minister in his speeches has said a number of times that mere having a degree is not enough unless one is in possession of some skill. Skill development should start from school education level as developing skills requires years of hard work and practice.

most the companies asks for experience. There must be a website handled by the government, for the students or applicants, in which they can find all the details related to their course. Order all the companies to have at least the minimum given number of freshers. Other wise, how can a fresher get an experience, if no body will employ them??

नियोजनीयता एवं फलदायक सहभागिता के लिए उद्योगजगत के लिए आचारसंहिता लागू किया जाना चाहिए। यह निश्चित किये जांय की प्रतिभाशाली छात्रों का चयन कंपनी के द्वारा हो। आजकल उद्योग प्रबंधन कॉन्ट्रैक्ट के माध्यम से ही चयन करते हैं जो उचित नहीं है। कौशल एवं प्रतिभाशाली छात्रों को भी उचित मुआवजा नहीं मिल पाता है जिसे देखते हुए बाकी छात्रों का मोरल भी गिर जाता है। कॉन्ट्रैक्टर के ऊपर भी नज़र रखे जांय तथा आचार संहिता लगाए जांय। उलंघन करने वालों का रजिस्ट्रेशन समाप्त हो।
