IT companies may be prompted to start courses with their own syllabus, Diploma may be awarded by affiliating University and the IT company jointly.Similar joint ventures may be started in developing areas of knowledge having large potential in the progress of the nation in future.Bio technology, Medical instrumentation, Robotics,Remote sensing, Use of renewable sources of energy, Pharmaceutical research etc are some areas.It is not necessary that industry is located in India/owned by Indians.

3.Economics : Include Economics as main subject in every level of education. Generally we manage our house if we know our income and expenditure. similarly ,when we know our nations income and expenditure then we can find a better way to manage our systems.

Education should help us in building a good nation.So it should be the way it is useful to our country.Like 1.BIO : Like Mechanical,electronic and electrical engineering include Bio Electrical,Bio Electronic,Bio-mechanical which should teach students in generating electricity fro waste. 2.ETHICS : Why every student should be Engineer include fields like moral,ethics,which should be effectively taught to children by different teachers.

1. Corporates should sponsor Govt schools in rural areas. 2. Corporates can start low profit school chains for people who have lack of funds to educate their wards. 3. Teachers can be trained by Corporates as they have experts in various fields. 4. Professional teacher training institutes must be initiated in order to eradicate a thought of inferiority among teachers as in pvt schools few teachers have worst presentation skills & knowledge than students. 5.Competitions organized in Schools.

MY SUGGESTION

Certain subjects that needs to be taught for employability like time management , stress management, managing long hours at work, managing and creating networks for information. Professional college have system of seniors and juniors where seniors informally provide support to juniors of their college.

I think one thing we can do link education to employability is government department share their training internal material just as like IIT putting on http://nptel.ac.in/ also encourage private companies to share their training material. It will help students actually to learn. Student besides facebook should also join linkedin to get professionally networked. Student should also need to learn certain soft skills like negotiation skills, handling irate customers and bosses.

All India Council for Technical Education is creating problems to thousands of post graduates by saying that they are not eligible for Asst.Prof. post in engineering colleges simply because they do not have the b.tech degree.This is very unfortunate that when aicte has given permission for admissions to engineering colleges to allow students to join m.tech courses without b.tech degree it did not think of it.We are affected by wrong policy of AICTE. Hlo sir , sir i feel too bad when i see road light are on in day time ,in govt. Office. I don't understand what to do to off them,where to say to off them as i know its too expanciv for poor people. I want there should be dustbins in local buses, trains, choek .banks should give loan for students who preparing for medical or non medical field. Thanks
