An education system should be moderate but not the way of only promotion of students to next class but by the way of building confidence in students to fight with any situation .Hence P.M.s speech was very encouraging for Students as well as their parents & teachers too.

i want to say that our mother tongue should be given as much honour as much it deserve student face a lot of problem due to this language barrier. in a country where 80% population unable to understand english and all govt laws,rules,constitution,court proceeding are going in eng i dont know which type of democracy is this. i m not a eminent person that i can give suggestion but change Maccaule education system and introduce Indian education system.

Nemeste Sir, i m a student who self study for aiims as my father can't give coaching me.sir i feel bad when see people to made business of education. At the time when i should spend my time for my study i hve to think how to ask my parents for money to buy books. So i want a platform who provide books to like us students. I also want a good education system in govt. schools so there is no need for coaching or other. There should be govt. coaching center for interested students

There could introduction of income tax clause for companies to introduce in their compensation designs where they encourage their employees to go for engaging with education much earlier before they are suppose to be employable. The engagement also brings in sense of belonging and these same professionals become sponsors when time for hiring comes up... Plus can procure and leverage the company infrastructure as well. It is a win win for both industry and education setup

The CSR mandate pushes the companies to start looking into this line but to get mainstream professional interested in the same his skin in the game has to come. Just the way when US has a military service rule of two years... Our war is with education and talent. We can introduce a similar rule for them to teach in the professional colleges or better still create an incentive like tax holiday for 2-5 years if they teach X time teaching their working knowledge or work on research projects.

For being one of the largest education industry in the world, the lack of talent India i going to face in the coming decade is phenomenal and that is again inspite of having the largest working population in the world. There are two issues as i see - 1. Course designs; 2. Quality of teachers. For education to become relevant and feed into employability we need industry to start participating atleast 3-4 years before they kids are deemed to be employable. more in the next post

beti bachao beti padao its a great idea which is indicate directly to indian family first step in that we should stop the myth the boy is the taranhar or kuldeepak of family and to be openly the girl is the already kuldeepak of family ---in basic school a book should be given by govt and explain the greatness of girl all over the world its a very simple way to expand the importance of baby girl

every rural family is expert of there tradional work we need to mordenise there work only according to present needs so first link all students to there tradional familiy work and provide guidess for technology used in there work then our next generation is not become servent of a mnc or industrilists but are independent and earn lot of wealth like our ancestors

please set the exam. and holidays timing of schools according to indian environment ,culture and social basis like at the time agriculture work in there families give them vacation but schools take exam. on that time, exams should be taken before festivals not just next day to indian festivals

Sir, I firmly believe the examination system needs a huge overhaul. . A holistic system of practical and written exams along with personality assessments should determine, a students interest in various subjects. One exam cannot determine a person s intellect. Competitive exams should be both written and personality assessment.A child should enjoy and appreciate his field of study ,to be successful.
