sir i have written to HRD minister and also put my views earlier. please read them and incorporate suggestions. i have suggested a model for industry bodies to take over the management of the ITI and revamp it with the curriculum they want . they will then commit the offtake numbers and salaries at which employees will be hired by them. its do able and many industry bodies would welcome it. let the HRD ministry ask the industry to suggest curriculum for all vocational streams within 3 months.

1.Instead of quantity of colleges in engineering quality of engineering college must be boosted

I am a teacher.I have 20 years experience in 1 to 12 class teaching. I want to change education system. Every School(Rural & Urban) in India must be according to NAVODAYA VIDYALYA .Private School must be close because All children (every category) study together.

Enlightened Teachers, the first need Central focus of education should be upon dispelling ignorance and putting young mind on enlightened path. For it, intelligence progression field is to be ensured within consciousness field of mind as per the inherent built up of human frame as of mundane subtle and casual states values. Therefore enlightened teachers conscious of their solemn duty to ensure these ideals in gentle steps becomes the first necessity to be attended to by the policy maker.

For this thing the education system must be changed. In colleges not to study that what should be done in the company. The study and working invindustry is different than if we linking the industrial training for all students within the start to end of college years than the training is devided than students can easily trained before completetion of his/ her college. And than the industries can easily get the skilled employees from India becouse within 3-4 year of college with training of student

Sir I am a electrical engineer passed from government college in the year 2014.I am unable to get a job still now because I have no experience in that field.And while applying for government job the application fee is very high,which is impossible to bear for my family.My father is a government class-iv employee.so please help me in getting a job.I am waiting for your reply.

अगर हम रेलवे के टिकट सिस्टम को एअरपोर्ट जैसा कर दे तो रेलवे कभी बजी घाटे में नहीं जा सकता और ट्रेन की संख्या बढाकर ज्यादा कर देनी चाहिय जिससे किसी को आवागमन परेशानी न हो

3-बिना मान्यता प्राप्त राजनैतिक पार्टी से बिना टिकट प्राप्त किये किसी व्यक्ति को स्वतंत्र रूप से चुनाव लड़ने पर प्रतिबंध लगाया जाना आवश्यक है वह न सरकार बना सकता है न ही विपक्ष में अपना उत्तरदायित्व निभा सकता है पैसे लेकर किसी अच्छी पार्टी को राजनैतिक रूप से क्षतिग्रस्त कार सकता है

2- कोई भी व्यक्ति दो जगह से चुनाव नही लड़ना चाहिए जिससे वहां दोबारा चुनाव न हो अगर कोई व्यक्ति दो जगह से चुनाव में खड़ा होता है या तो वो दोनों जगह में रहे या जहाँ दोबारा चुनाव होना है उसका सारा खर्च वह वहन करे

1- हमारे देश में किसी भी सूरत में दोबारा चुनाव नहीं होने चाहिए जैसे बहुमत न मिलने पर कराये जाते है उसके लिए नियम होना चाहिए जिसे भी जयादा सीट मिले उसी पार्टी की ही सरकार बननी चाहिए क्योंकि जानता जिसे ज्यादा सीट देती है उसी की सरकार चाहती है उसमे जिसे ज्यादा सीट मिले उसकी सरकार बने और पांच साल तक वो सरकार बदलनी नहीं चाहिए चाहे उसे बहुमत मिले या न मिले अगर दोबारा चुनाव होने पर भी किसी पार्टी को बहुमत हासिल नहीं होता है तो क्या देश में रोज चुनाव होते रहेंगे 2- कोई भी व्यक्ति दो जगह से चुनाव नही ल
