विश्व् रैंकिंग और वैश्विक रेटिंग में हमारे विश्वविद्यालयों का कमजोर कार्य-प्रदर्शन चिंता का विषय बना हुआ है। हमारे देश की प्रत्यायन प्रणाली में क्या-क्या परिवर्तन सुझाए जा सकते हैं ताकि, विश्व में हमारी उच्चातर शिक्षा संस्थाओं को बेहतर रैंकिंग प्राप्त हो।

संस्थाऒ का मुल्यांकन कभी भी किया जायॆ ताकि उनका स्तर पता चल सकॆ | अभी तॊ उनकॊ सुचना दॆकर मुल्यांकन किया जाता है और वॆ अपना स्तर सुधार कर लॆतॆ है| और सुरक्शा कॆ लियॆ कैमरॆ अनिवार्य कियॆ जायॆ | जय हिन्द !

Rating should be done by govt based on a)Quality of education(based on feedback from students) b)Output value(like placements) c)Infra(including no. of staffs needed vs available, food quality, etc) d)Research facilities e)Qualification of faculty Most imp: Assessment shouldn't be at college/university level but rather college-stream level. Eg: For commerce X college is better than Y and for physics P college better than Q.

The current basis for accreditation is not enough. It needs to be better. Quality controls for teachers and college setup should higher. The standards are so low that people are running colleges out of apartments in Karnataka. Just Bachelors pass outs are taking classes. A major overhaul of the accreditation system is required
