Grades awarded to institutions by NAAC are not on the basis of quality of education, courses, and the required infrastructure of the institution available for each course.NAAC peer team simply inquire about the publication of teachers in national, international journals, its impact factor etc.They are not at all considered about the basic facility like toilets etc.contd..
