new education policy should give equal opportunity to everyone without discrimination of caste and monetary status

i think the gradation and ranking should be given by considering following points 1. What the institution made for society(contribution) 2. Online feedback of students(Mental,gk, educational knowledge) 3 projects and practical labs available (equipments) and also attendance in labs 4 feedback/ suggestion portal presence and its implementation 5 placement 6 Human &national value teaching 7 without notice evaluation of institution(without uniform officers raid ) 8 full time teacher availability

the syllabus of both at school & at higher level should include something about our golden past i.e. the real indian history.

1.Evaluation of syllabus is strictly required,as our higher education syllabus is far behind from the other countries.It should include the new technologies along with the old one. 2.The syllabus should include also include the history of golden past of indian (real history). 3.Proper training of teachers & students is required. 4.A total revamp of UGC & AICTE is required,as these institutions give permission to anyone to open the colleges without doing proper inspections.

While ranking/evaluating institute, proper weightage should be given to criteria like citation count, h index, etc. These should be tabulated both for individual faculty, as well as for the whole institute. Further dedicated ranking systems are in place for institutes running management and technology courses. But no such authentic ranking system/agency is there for Science institutes. New policy should take care of this. Unfilled positions should bring negative marking to the institute.

ranking is manageable in India .It is a money factor. Accreditation done by Inspector concerned and mostly they are doing for money only.Neither they are capable nor they have ethic of the assigned responsibilities.So get actual data through public i.e. what they say not by the sophisticated accreditation team

Ranking should also be based on conditions of the hostels. There are many national institutes which are great when it comes to education, but their hostels are in terrible condition. It discourages a lot of brilliant students to take admissions to such institutes. Students should at least be able to survive the food and the cleanliness standards and other facilities at hostels.

What company required from freshers... a better knowledge and better approach to the market and new approach to the productivity all these can take organization to the next level.... and if any college will provide better personality and vast knowledge candidates then definitely they will get better rank... In short, we need to make a plan 1. How we can enhance knowledge base of our students 2. How we can improve personality of a students while studying.
