My village shivariha ,kushmaul, jaunpur up pin 222201. There so many in country . there are deprived of development because at basic panchayat level . people are filling there pocket. No one concern about the development , upliftment. Dear priminister there should be gram panchayat bank acct and the money must go directly to acct and proper scruteney of expenditure and on ground work assessed by more no of people. Gram panchyat must be made acctble else bared from post they hold.

Corores of rupees have been given to villages and panchayat and there schools but the nothing has change except gram pradhan ,sarpanch, school principle and management. They have become richer and now they use all the money for there personal use.even 10% of grants is not used for the basic needs of village and to improve water and sanitation. Every five year plan goes to gram pradhan , sarpanch , BDO and principles pocket. Do something stop such practice. Make corruption punishment priority.

Govt.of Goa is intending to purchase two huge 100 tonner Garbage Treatment plants for Goa from Germany for Rs.140 crores each. Similar plants are manufactured by Baba Atomic Research Centre (BARC) at Rs.16 crores each. This is against Make in India policy of our Central Government and a huge loss to state ex chequer...So please direct the state Government to follow the best policy for the Country...Make In India.

Swach Bharat clean india mission will not be successful unless each and every citizen takes a pledge that he/she will keep his/her neighbourhood clean and under no circumstances will throw household garbage in places not meant for it

Instill and inculcate the habit of clean home/ neighbourhood in children.First ensure installation of enough waste bins are provided in every school. Educate the kids to use the waste bins, and ask them to preach the same to those who are littering. It could be making sense, if we also emulate Japanese children who are made to carryout cleaning work in the school including toilets, that will remove the mindset among kids about it is a dirty work

CLEANLINESS IN SCHOOL,MAKE INDIA CLEAN.IT COMES FROM HOUSE HOLD DUTIES.

I was travelling in an intercity train and found it to be very dirty which is partly attributed to lack of regular maintenance and cleanliness by Railways and partly by the travelers not doing their part by disposing wastes in dust-bins. I found that most don't care where they throw the waste but those who even think of disposing waste properly can't do it because either dust bins are overflowing or not there at all. It is better to increase the fare (who can pay) a bit and do maintenance.

I have found no dustbin in many cities. So people throw garbage directly on path or in way in which they move. If we install dustbins in some distance, then they will surely use it. So dustbins are basic needs, without it it is very hard to see city clean.

There is a big problem in india that no toilet facility is available in rural area. My suggestion is kindly encourage corporate houses for doing this job. Gram panchayay should allot land to companies at free of cost and corporate should build and operate these on their cost , in remuneration government allow them to advertise their product on the wall of toilet free of cost for a certain period say 5 year or 10 year . by this way we can build toliets in all villages of india.
