At Construction sites, the builders don't provide Shauchalay to the construction labour and becoz of that the labours are using the unused open area even in residential areas. It should be made mandatory alongwith construction approval to build temporary toilets with proper sewage arrangements for the labour which will help to prevent public areas becoming open toilets.

Increase cash Deposit Limit upto Rs. 50 Lac or Rs. 1 Cr. or unlimited in a single year for next 5 year. Also allow bank to deduct TDS at point of deposit cash.
