Dear Prime Minister Modi, I am writing to share my wild dreams for our beloved nation, India. As we approach the new decade, India should become the first cent percent literate nation in the world in this decade. On the independence day of 2030 India should be announced as a cent percent literate nation. Every village, each ward or council should have a Library managed by the ward member should make it happen.Each Indian citizen should read, write and publish a page a day in their mother tongue. Every Indian citizen should read a printed newspaper every day.Each Indian citizen should write at least 100 words of their thoughts at least in their social media platforms. I trust, this will be the fastest way to make India a developed nation at the earliest possible time. I have a suggestion,most of our cities are getting crowded with growing vehicular traffic,it’s soo difficult for an ambulance to navigate through it and reach hospital in the golden hour,I suggest if we have one space in every metro rake and major railway rakes fully equipped with latest late saveing equipment’s this will help save life of several rural and urban patients.
