Wherever possible, please work to bring Li-Fi tech into govt internet outreach programs. Incentives to builders to prefer LED lighting when renovating or constructing. Warning labels on incandescent /CFL bulbs similar to cigarettes? Could highlight LED energy savings in a Salman Khan movie. Offer LED discounts with electronics purchases? Put up sample LEDs in famous dhabas and tourist sites (have tour guides talk about them). PM could wear an LED bulb necklace when addressing.

Please provide free led bulbs to poor people . Let them realise that they are saving money. And by providing continuous promotion with realistic data will help people understanding

In my village many people use transpernt plastic sheet siling

By providing tax incentives for energy efficient led bulbs there by bringing their price on par with cheaper and low efficient bulbs.

Form my personal experience, LED lights are the next generation indoor lightings, but the market in my locality is flooded with poor quality low cost chinese LED bulbs. Most of the people purchase these poor quality LED bulbs and gaining a bad impression for LEDs. Good quality LED bulbs should be easily accessible to people

Common people are not able buy LED lights as they are very costly.Govt should subsidise the cost so that there will saving on the power consumption.All private sector companies especially IT companies/Commercial establishments should asked to use only LED light to save Power.Power Minister is doing wonderful job and I am sure he will act on this.

Doctors don't recommend LED light for reading. Have to consider this point.

Good initiative by Govt. Yes, lack of information and advertisement was there. Also what about screw type bulbs. I understand only pin type led bulbs are available.
